Thanks Kimster! But JO has been in trouble as an adult for other things (not offending) so that means he would have violated his juvie terms, right? Yet he's not listed as an offender, so I'm not sure what Geraldo was trying to get at.

Exactly. Now, this can be different from state to state. But, if the laws there are as they are here, I would think JO would be a RSO and he isn't.

It's been my experience that we have a false sense of security thinking all sex offenders are registered, but I have seen with my own eyes that even tho some are caught, they are on no list.
I worked for a time at a grouphome, we had several males who had gone through the courts as sexual preditors. None of them were on the lists I checked and believe me, some were very sick puppies!

I don't mind GR bullying a little to get the answers. I think he knows more than we think he does. He had Ron pegged from the start. I would think Joe's attorney would have denied the allegations if not true. Refusing to comment makes me think there is something to it.

LOL Oh boy I would hate to be falsely accused and have you on the jury... hehe

On the show, JO's lawyer says JO was on vacation down there in Florida with a friend. Who is this friend he'd gone down there with? I'd not heard about a friend, just relatives.

This was covered on the Levi show. Answers are on that thread.

Thanks everyone for the posts! I slightly disagree with Dog though ~ I don't think anyone will be "walking".

I agree. Who would let the liars in this case walk?

The first to talk, the first to walk doesn't mean they would be walking anytime soon. Just that they'd get less time than the others.
