RC's lawyer, Terry Shoemaker, is on the show. He says last Tuesday family members were brought into the sheriff's office, including Crystal Sheffield. They were told it was a homicide investigation and LE would have enough to go forward if the family wanted to make funeral arrangements. He says LE is being very tight lipped regarding any evidence they have. Nancy wants to know what LE has "enough" of to make the statement about the funeral. He doesn't know if they've found Haleigh or any part of her. He says because it's now a homicide investigation that they were told about the funeral. Nancy is discussing the difference between a "memorial service" and a "funeral service".......

Doesn't everyone have some yellow nylon rope around their home? For that matter, don't most people have a least one cinder block somewhere in their garage? Doesn't sound like powerful evidence. Praying they found some of little Haleigh's remains.

I was thinking along the same lines.

She usually doesn't have more than we have here.

I wouldn't be surprised if lots of people directly and indirectly involved in this case had yellow, blue, white and whatever color nylon rope in their home. Especially in any of them fished at all.

Maybe he meant Caylee sighting. Cause I have never heard of any Haleigh sightings, I have followed this since day one and heard of no sightings.
