I believe LE was looking for a reaction from Ron and also wanted to see what the lawyer would do as a result. And we have seen that with 2 press releases in two days.

I agree & on the weekend at that. Plus he met with Ron Friday after a homicide det. talked to Ron Thurs. The only time we hear from Shoey is when the heat is on Ron IMO.

So why wouldn't we think whoever lied to Granny just as quick as they've been lying all the rest of this time?

The only way the "tell Granny what you did thing" could be more effective is if you gave her a bible and let her hold my hand.

I guess I just don't get it.

I thought this was old news that they checked out. Unless it's coming from a totally new source, then I don't see why it's all of the sudden a believable story now when it wasn't 14 or 15 months ago. Believable enough for them to be checking the river with divers and re-interviewing Joe after leaving him alone for all this time.

Oh, and I thought Tommy stopped by at about 10 or so. AH just said he stopped by at like 6 pm? Is that new or did I just miss that before?

That is what I believe as well and that the drug was from Ron's drug selling stash. That would loop Ron in with the criminal portion of the crime, and it would explain this relationship between Misty and Ron. He can't blame Misty if she can turn around and say "you left them there, they were your drugs...."

They have both been proactive in telling different versions of that night. Ron from the 911 call to very shortly after that were two different versions of himself.

Joe's attorney will not discuss whether Joe does or does not have a record. NG is correcting the law. She says nothing bars Joe's attorney from disclosing Joe's record. Joe's attorney says NG is wrong and the records are sealed.

I feel like I'm in court now. LOL

Art Harris says his sources tell him that tommy says he had two kinds of rope in the van and when they got the van back the cotton rope was still there and the yellow rope was gone.

Art said there was two kinds of rope in the van and both are gone.

AB: they should've come forward with information long before now. Can't understand why is this all coming out now?

JO's attorney is also on.

TS: Misty hasn't been forthright from the beginning. As soon as she's looking at a lengthy prison sentence she starts pointing fingers at everybody but herself.

JO's lawyer: my client is innocent; he's being thrown under the rug possibly by people with something to hide. NG asking him if JO has a juvenile record. He can't discuss anything about a juvenile; everything is protected. He can't say one way or another. NG disputing his answer. She says nothing bars him or his client from divulging information. He's saying NG is wrong.

NG now asking JB about juvenile records. JB saying anybody can talk about their own record at any point in time. AB says the same thing.
