Joe's attorney will not discuss whether Joe does or does not have a record. NG is correcting the law. She says nothing bars Joe's attorney from disclosing Joe's record. Joe's attorney says NG is wrong and the records are sealed.

I feel like I'm in court now. LOL
Coincidentally the attorney was in the same discussion last night with Geraldo! :)

I'm assuming LE already knew about the Joe being gone at 1:00 thing? It is in one those early Cobra tapes. I would hope Tim told LE that way back. Also if they had Tommy look over the van and he knew rope was missing--was that reported? All of this could have been looked at 14 months ago IMO. I realize they maybe did not want the public to know, but surely they did?

That is what I believe as well and that the drug was from Ron's drug selling stash. That would loop Ron in with the criminal portion of the crime, and it would explain this relationship between Misty and Ron. He can't blame Misty if she can turn around and say "you left them there, they were your drugs...."

They have both been proactive in telling different versions of that night. Ron from the 911 call to very shortly after that were two different versions of himself.

JO's attorney protesting too much. What is he doing on the show if he will not talk?

I have a problem with Lindsy giving permission for LE to enter the trailer. She no longer is tenant or owner. She signed a quit claim back over to grand-dad. Hmmmm Legal Right to search? KWIM?

Maybe it is just his "nice" demeanor but why is RC's lawyer always laughing...there is nothing funny about this case. I am sorry but it is not.

NG may be right on the thing about the minor record release, but he'd still have to get his client's permission before discussing his criminal history- especially on national TV. She totally knows that too. The attorney can't just start talking about his client's juvenile record wihtout talking about it with him first.

AB, criminal defense attorney, says JO's attorney is wrong on him not being able to discuss the Juvie Record of his client.

As long as she is a resident, she can do that. If she were a guest, that might be a problem.

How would a pill o.d. translate to a murder weapon being looked for in the river?

Nancy Grace is completely wrong as to the law regarding SEALED court records, juvenile or otherwise. IMO, if an attorney EVER went on national TV and divulged sealed court records, he would be disbarred before the sun set the next day.

Kimster she doesn't live there anymore. She is in Palm Coast in a Condo. She moved.

I agree, he needs to spin not just be obstructive with 'no comment', he is stuck between a rock and a hard place but why be on ..... to spin for his client (but he does not like it when taken to task).

I think to try to fend off the alleged statements that his client killed Haleigh. MOO

It's the sexual nature - IF ANY - of JO's juvie record, that NG is interested in.
Wish he would just say none of sexual nature - but too many tv shows, he's giving same response. That's my answer, then.

I think the newer versions of the story are total BS.

And I thought they were looking for her remains and the weights that held her body down?

He must be hearing what he's saying
