i would like to believe LP re cousin JO.
therefore, why cant JO's atty just say his client doesnt have any juvie record of the nature NG is wondering about if he doesnt have it. sure, his client would give him permission to clear this up.
It seems to be a matter of principle to him that a sealed record is a sealed record. (imo)

Coincidentally the attorney was in the same discussion last night with Geraldo! :)

Yes, same situation last nite on Geraldo w/JO's atty.

Caller wants to know if remains are found if the ME will be able to tell if she'd sustained a blow to the head. NG's answer only if her skull is found.....

Panel suspects charges will be filed soon.

The End. :)

I just seen the action from NG when grandma made the statement about she wasn't sure if Haleigh was alive or not when she hit the water. The reaction from NG totally caught her off guard it wasn't funny cause this is no laughing matter, but I had to laugh at NG reaction.

NG looked like she could have slid under the anchor's desk when Grandma said that she didn't know if Haleigh was dead or alive when she hit the water.

I also read yesterday where Ron did the same thing. Sheesh! This lousy reporting is so disrespectful to Haleigh.

Off Topic, and also disrespectful to Haleigh's Mother too. Poor Crystal-can you just imagine? I can't. I only hope and pray she never hears this mess.

Well, the impression I'm getting is none of them think anything of dumping remains into the river. MOO

poor deer :(

this is best tactic for his client. when children go missing these days, first thing, along w/looking closely at family, everyone wants to know is who are the SO's surrounding/with access to the child, if any.

My reaction when I first heard grandma say that was OMG lady please.

Its a horrible thing to say and imagine. I don't even think about that.

What struck me was the way she said it, emotionless, unfeeling, etc. MOO

Wonder what NG thinks that word "sealed" is there for?

The bad part is that she most likely will. As much as I hate to say it here because I know there is a whole section just for it- I'll not say much- but that it is exactly why I don't like this TYPE of reporting. I watch it because I might see something I haven't yet seen, but it's done in a way that makes me cringe for the family involved.

Tommy and Joe dumped a deer carcass in the river according to Art Harris. That sure was an action packed vacation for Joe.

Vacation from hello you mean & he was so upset about losing family members????

But, NG was wrong that lawyer couldn't release that info. without Joe's permission, gosh even I know that.

If we don't like watching the video over and over, then let's not discuss it over and over. Or, you can take it to the NG thread in the Parking Lot. Thanks.

I am not even sure if when this crime accured if it was deer hunting season. I am sure LE is already aware of that too, would help pin point if that could be a true statement or not by MC. The other thing if it is not deer hunting season when the crime happen, killing a deer off season is also a big no-no.

I liked it how NG said nobody could get a hold of Misty that night. Seems like there are a lot of people that say they got a hold of her at the trailer. It was full of people at one time.

I'm sure that LE would be able to find out this info one way or another and make use of the info accordingly.

Maybe why Ron insists there was no fight over a gun. Maybe it happened during a deer hunt. :waitasec:

Omg what are they going to come up with next?

exactly, IMO. There are juvie seals and then there are ways to get the info...some branches of the military will check and you can bet your bippy that if LE is seriously looking at Joe O, they already know IMO. But I think his attorney seemed pretty strong. JMO
