LP: Chelsea guarded about TiC involvement--van scratches linked to overhanging trees on road down to dock. Misty has no vehicle. Did JO stay at trailer with 2 yr old? Lindsey convinced ToC had no involvement, if he started truck would have woken her up.

Lindsey astounded ToC took LDT while she was in Mass. and that he flunked it. LP spoke to her this morning; she is so upset at being betrayed and lied to, they have 3 children.

If the tapes are still a part of an ongoing investigation and/or the case has not been adjudicated yet, LE doesn't have to release them under FOIA (freedom of information Act). At least that's how it is in Michigan.

Richard Hornsby said they don't have to release anything if they are still examining it, still investigating it. He said that on tonight's Steph Watts show.

Relistening to the audio of Gramma Flora, I can't help but wonder, with all of her "then I heard's...", if she didn't hear some of these theories from AH himself in her conversations with him over the past year...

Gramma H thinks RC knows more, because RC left the kids there knowing that Misty was still high on pills.

Flora said Misty never talked to her about the alleged molestation by Joe.

talking about the alleged overdose. Woman with loud voice said there is a bigger issue than the theories going around. Woman says there is a revenge factor with misty....she ran to have an affair with white boy greg.....then the road rage incident....calling NG names....woman saying there is an element to Misty....she immediately goes on the offensive whenever anyone does anything or says anything about her.

I don't believe the pills laying around theory. Those illicit drugs cost too much on the streets to just be leaving casually around the house. Plus, they were either selling them or using them up. I just don't buy this first theory they were discussing.
