Ron was/is a drug addict. Him not responding as a "normal" dad would whose daughter goes missing (searching 24/7) isn't necessarily the way a drug addict would react.

I don't know why all these talking heads think that Ron would act like the average nondrug abusing person. It's so frustrating to me.

You're exactly right! He would have the 'normal distraught emotions' of any dad of a missing child ..which as we know can and does vary. He would sound F'd up (which he did and imo was), but this was acting with a big dose up F'd up thrown in..WHICH I believe made his 'over the top' emotional state more believable to some that may have mistook it for something else altogether.. LOL, I don't know if that makes a bit of sense!..I don't know how to say what I'm trying to say here..it's all jmho anyway..

In his defense, he didn't say it was Haleigh's bones, NG did!

He didn't but if you read the transcript AH says his "sources" believed they were. He didn't have to throw that information in during his report - he sensationalized his report with this tidbit and it sent NG over the edge screaming they were Haleigh. He could have avoided saying this at all, guess he wanted to get attention by saying it.

I don't know...I've not ever really spoken to AH.

There were cinder blocks that were showing behind the skirting that I recall, after LE had pulled it away from mobile home...took some time for that all to get cleared up, so maybe there's plenty of photos of the mobile home during that time period, say from like the local media that covered the story from the beginning... *shrug* I just don't know.

Caller talking about theory that Haleigh was shot somewhere else.

Someone confronted Ron at a gas station about his inconsistancy, and Ron said everyone will know the truth when they pull her up from the river. OMG!!!!! That is the first I heard of that.

BBM who said that? The same caller who thinks Haleigh was shot. Give me a break- There was no blood, dna or any such evidence found. These people would not have been able to hide all of that.

Why do some of the people on this panel think that Crystal had an attorney or even knew what her options were. She had never been successful at coming up against Ron...................rant over.

I don't know. She was young, scared to death of Ron, and had no money. Did they really think she knew what to do when he was probably threatening her with one of his guns.

I'm older, I'm more experienced, he wouldn't have pulled that with me. Crystal was young, influenced by drugs, and too scared to stand up to the guy.

Very sad, for the children.

Did anyone say how long Flora has been hospitalized? I'm hoping "thinking" she may have had a stroke is lots better than knowing she had one, and that she'll be okay. All this was probably too much for her. By the time she got to NG show last week she was looking worn out, plus having to deal with being called a liar by family and public.

I thought they said it just happened tonight but i could be wrong

IMO, there is no reason to further the custody discussion and CS. JMO It is not productive or relevant to Haleigh's disappearance as we know it now.
