I don't know. She was young, scared to death of Ron, and had no money. Did they really think she knew what to do when he was probably threatening her with one of his guns.

I'm older, I'm more experienced, he wouldn't have pulled that with me. Crystal was young, influenced by drugs, and too scared to stand up to the guy.

Very sad, for the children.

I cannot count the times I have heard lawyers talk like Ray G did about Crystal complaining about what happened to her over the custody issue. That people like Crystal should have known what to do and when to do it.

Many people are uneducated and overwhelmed regarding the court process and the lawyers they get when they cannot afford legal help themselves are sub par.
And...Ray G- lots of people DO NOT KNOW they have to notify the courts when they change addresses, whether that seems obvious to you or not.

No it wasn't the caller it was I think AH that was telling Levi, that story, at the very end of the show.

Now too bad the panel could not have discussed AH's statement about Ron's comment about Haleigh being pulled from the river. That was more along the lines of the topic to be discussed.

I :heart: Mew, I think that since LE has stated that Shell Harbor is a crime scene that maybe such a scenario could have happened in that neck of the woods as it is unlikely LE was searching there last February.

Nothing new happened. Someone just tried to arbitrarily drag Crystal through some very unnecessary mud. IMO.

ILM...I AM the caller that called in and said I suspected Haleigh was shot... Levi reminded me there was no evidence found in the MH...And I reminded him LE has stated they do not know, WHEN or WHERE the crime took place IF indeed a crime had been committed....I also stated I suspect the incident occurred before Ronald Cummings ever went in to work...Everything else after that has been a coverup...

Everytime LP's on NG or Levi's show he keeps saying that he just talked to Lindsay this morning about Tommy's LD test and how upset she was..etc. etc..?

I like LP, but he keeps talking like he has had the same conversation with her every day...Strange..

ETA:..ack, nevermind..I was listening to the last Levi show w/LP after this weeks went off. *duh* I still swear that he has told that story more than once!

Bingo. If Misty were actually guilty of first degree murder, I think this would be at least part of her motive.

elle, did you look on Tommy's mug shot to see if he has any tats? You know where it asks....identifying scars or tattoos? I'm thinking he does, but don't know WHY I think that, lol!

I know this is OT a bit, but I don't know where to put it other than starting a new thread. Mods please make me invisible if need be. LOL

One of the things that I'm thinking about after listening to Levi's Show (see I worked it in is that LE does know much more than we do.

For instance...

All phone calls to and from every player that night, before, and after. Text msg as well. They also know from Ron's time card/clock or whatever system when he arrived and WHO at his work saw him there. They know if g-ma Hollars received phone calls. And I will be saying a prayer for her tonight. They know if there was a basket of clean clothes.

They know if Ron passed a poly.

The wheels of justice turn slowly. As frustrating as that might be to all of us who care for Haleigh an others, it's the truth of the matter.

I'm just glad I have all of you (well, most of you) and Levi Page to help me process the situation.
