LDB says the only issue is witness names not yet disclosed. Certain attorneys representing witnesses have been stonewalling. JB agreed to help LDB get it done.

Judge says he is going to keep track of depos....if someone fails to show then they can get a call before they are held in CONTEMPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is sure that the Sheriff will make sure that those witnesses will be there for depos.

wow...the judge wants a list of scheduled depositions and names so he can track them...he'll be giving them a call if they don't show up. All over it Judge!

Judge asking both sides to file with the court a list of all witnesses, somebody fails to show up, give them a courtesy call, they must show up or file a contempt of court against them.
