I did notice that only CA waved and mouthed "i love you" to KC, while GA just looked at her. In the past he too has made gestures and mouthed "i love you". But not now.

I don't blame GA. Not after what KC wrote in those jail house letters to "cookie".

Defense just filed a response this morning to Judge Strictland's order recusing himself.

Saying JS took an adversarial position.

InSession saying that this morning, the defense filed a "response" to the motion where Judge Strickland recuses himself??!!! Had a list of 12 points...hmmm, I'll try to find on the local websites...

Discussing a defense response to Stricklands order. They are complaining about an adversarial tone from Strickland. They make 23 points and are refuting things that Strickland said.

Today's hearing was in courtroom 23 which is suppose to be the county's state of the art courtroom with regards to the media and though it appeared to be rather large overall it still only had 4 rows of seats in the gallery. It looked fairly full today but when it comes to the actual trial I doubt it will hold everyone that will want to attend. Does anyone local know if any of the other courtrooms have a larger gallery?

I know this thread is about the hearing but I have a quick question and dont know where to ask it. Hasthe state deposed anyone yet or do we just have the LE interviews? I dont remember seeing any actual depositions except for the civil case.

I hate that he always states, they are unable to see their daughter..Nonsense, they can see her they just don't want to be heard talking to her...they can go see her and just stare if they want..not say one word. They can say I LOVE YOU over and over again.

The Anthony's want to know the truth???? Unfortunately they have to wait for trial????
