Thank you Amil, I'm still trying to figure out where you were sitting. :)

Actually, Aha, think I have it now. You look very nice.

Was this your first hearing and if not how did it differ to the other hearings you have attended?
This was my 4th or 5th hearing. There was a lot less posturing by the attorneys today. Today they didn't speak unless spoken to. None of them went off on a tangent. We were in and out in 45 min. I honestly thought Judge Perry said he would check every 4-5 days to keep this case on the move and on track. It's hard to tell the difference when someone says 45 and 4 to 5. The next hearing is only a little more than a week from today. Rollin' rollin' rollin' .........

thanks for the descriptions, Amil and others! How do you go about getting in to watch one of the hearing? Do you have to sign up or line up or is there just enough space for everyone?

But if you watch at 21:36 on part 2 of 2 ... you see Cindy getting excited looking towards KC, and then says 'I love you'. She had to have gotten some connection from her. MOO

Yeah, I saw that, but I'm just repeating what the body language expert and jury consultant who was in court this morning said when she was interviewed after court.

BBM: YES! I'm really surprised, more of you didn't pick that up!

Watch part 2 of 2 ... of the trial today ... at 21:22 Baez says something to KC, I think he's telling her to acknowledge her parents ... say hello to them, for appearance sake. Right at 21:26 he tells her.

It looks like she responds with 'all right' ... then at 21:32 she says something to him, and is very upset. Beginning at 21:36, watch Cindy's face ... she's getting all excited, because KC must be turning around ... then she must say something to her or smile ... it didn't show KC, on the video I watched, just Cindy .. and she says 'I love you' to KC.

But surely .... KC did NOT want to do that, nor was it HER idea .. as you can see at 21:22-21:26, Baez is the one who looks like he tells her to.

MOO

Link if poss. pretty please. Cos I didn't see that and have watched it twice.

Just found the bit with George....sorry again, it was at the start.

Could someone please tell me who the lady is sitting next to CA?

wow, you must have noticed a real difference, thank you so much for posting your thoughts on the hearing from a unique point of view. You know we love that.

:)

I believe, but don't quote me, they are long term friends of the Anthony's. They have attended a lot of the hearings and they always sit next to Cindy.

My scheduled C-section isn't until June 28th. My daughter is in preschool Wednesdays - Fridays so during the times when she's in school I have nothing to do. Yes, I do plan on attending the next hearing as well.

I wonder if I could have taken video myself if I wanted to? When I was going through the metal detectors, we had to empty out all electronics in our purses and I realized I had a little video camera in my purse. I thought for sure they'd take it away but they didn't. Next time I think I'll try to get in a little bit ahead of others so I can make sure to get a seat on Caylee's side.

Stephaniestone218 thank you for the courtroom analysis for today and thank you so much for going! You are such a sweetie to think of going and finding a seat on Calee's side of the courtroom. And all with a pre-schooler while pregnant.

In case anyone hasn't told you today YOU ROCK AND ARE A REAL SWEETIE! :o

Thanks! It was a bit intimidating at first, especially when I saw how huge the courtroom was and all the people attending. Now that I know the drill though, it will be easy breezy to go again to future hearings!

Can anyone just show up and attend the hearings? I was thinking of attending some of the motions set for May 10, 11, or 12.

Marinade needs to stop talkng. He is not presenting well. He is easily flustered by Vinny. He just agreed to buy lunch for TRU TV come trial time. He asked them if they like hot dogs??????? Sheesh

should of asked them if they liked baloney.

cause he was feeding it to them.

Ah so that was you! I was wondering who was in front of me, and I wasn't aware that was the body language expert. I'd like to hear what her thoughts were. Cool, I'll be sure to say hi next time. I wish I'd seen KC's paddy wagon but honestly I don't think I even know what that is - is it just an OCSO van?

I thought it was intimidating how the SRT officers came in immediately as court was recessed.

The SRT with their bullet proof vests were in the foyer just to the left and behind your row guarding the courtroom doors during the whole hearing. (the men in black!!). The body language expert always wears a lot of make-up so you will be able to pick her out of a crowd. (She's too young to wear so much eye makeup.) KC is taken away in a windowless panel van which looks like a bread delivery van to me. It is always followed by a marked patrol car. I'll probably be at the next hearing. I expect KC to have a meltdown in front of my eyes sooner or later so I've decided to sit behind her when I can. After all, when something hits the proverbial fan, I want a birds eye view. (I saw Ted Bundy have a meltdown and I'll never forget that. He couldn't stand being confronted.) Did you see CA nodding her head as the Judge was saying he'd like to bring the jury here so the trial would remain in Orlando? She behaved like someone asked her opinion.
See you next go round. :)

Yes, anyone can attend the hearings. Get there 30-45 min early - 23rd floor (or ask info desk downstairs where Judge Perry will be holding the hearing). Getting there early allows you to witness the arrival of everyone else, listen to opinions in the hallway, and sit where you want to sit because you'll go in first. It costs about $6 to park.
