Huh?? Joe killed Haleigh because he couldn't poach deer that night??

wow

Maybe it's just me.....but, Joe doesn't look really menacing. It's not like he lives in the vicinity. Not even the same state!! Under the bus with you, Joe. Truth be told, ToC and Misty are in fear of Ronald. And, what HE might do to ToC's kids. Headless RAT.....remember?

I beg to differ on the fact that they've had no way to collaborate their stories. From the time that Haleigh came up missing until they were all arrested seems like enough time for me. (Heck, it didn't take them but a few minutes or hours to make up the story of Haleigh being STOLE.) They've had ample time to tweek their stories. They get messages to each other no matter how small through contact with family visits and phone call. Proof of that is the phone call to GMH with Lindsey on a completely different phone. I think that GMH was being used as a go between. She thought the story was Haleigh got a hold of a pill, OD'd and RC had taken care of Haleigh's body. ToC says, BS, then GMH knows the other story is the JO story. So,don't you know that whoever talked to MC next told her what ToC was going to do, blame JO. Heck, just a few weeks ago GMH said that MC told her that she herself had hit Haleigh over the head with a stick or board. (I tend to believe this story being that we found out that the info GMH gave in the first interviews have been proven to be true through the new release of her and ToC's phone call.) OUT of her own mouth...now it's JO? ToC denied that he said anything to GMH and then proof shows that he did. I think that they are still being dishonest. I've no doubt that MC and ToC were involved, but I don't feel that they are the only ones who were.

I am so confused! I thought JO has denied even being at the mobile home that night? :waitasec:

I don't think that Joe is any more honest then the rest of the family. What I would like to see happen is LE to ask Joe if he would be willing to take a poly. He doesn't have to but if he wants to clear himself he would be willing. If he refused or failed then I would believe he is involved in some way. Misty and Tommy both failed their polys so I think Joe should take one.

I am just not buying that RC was going to kill the person who took his daughter, but allowed JO to hang missing person fliers the very next day, and did not beat this guys arse....But I do think that RC knew full well that HC was dead when he was rolling on the ground crying in the striped shirt...All of those actions were a grief response in my opinion, so with that said if RC knew she was dead and that JO was involved there would have been another murder in Satsuma besides HC...So RC knew that someone else had killed his daughter.

I don't think Ron suspected JO the day after Haleigh went missing. But as time passed he did say he was about 75% sure that JO was involved in someway. For all we know LE may have been monitoring JO for awhile. They did go back to meet with him several times. That shows that they do think he was there that night imo.........if they believed that he really wasnt there would be no need to go back to talk to him again.

IMO

So glad you posted this. I found that this tidbit came from Nancy's sources quite interesting. Wish they would have explained a little more about this though.

This is going to make me go over the transcript with a fine tooth comb. I wonder if this was a little dig by art to nancy after she got him on the human bone thing.

IF there is any evidence to be found now I suspect it is at at 130 Magnolia.. At the trailer where the Croslins used to live...JMo

ITA, Em. Even Hardy called Shell Harbor a crime scene and Magnolia is walking distance, so sounds like the Sheriff doesn't believe Green Lane factors into being a crime scene.

I'd believe Tommy more if he did implicate himself. He had to have done something. Clean up, witness, whatever... but he needs to tell about his part if he wants to be believed. IMO
but he can't do that when his goal is to cover his own backside. LE said that Haleigh was probably killed at the river? Well, Tommy's admitted to being a part of the river action, so he changes the death site to the trailer. No, I'm not buying his garbage.

*IF* Haleigh died at the hands of Joe O at the mobile home due to a weapon of intimidation, wouldn't this be a gun or a knife and wouldn't there be evidence. I mean it sounds as if Joe outright murdered Haleigh. Where was Jr? Where is the logic to this? What the heck am I missing?

On top of Jr. supposedly being in bed with Misty with the covers over their heads? Wouldn't you think that Jr. would have noticed all that going on?

Although, if we're going off poly's, let's remember MC failed the one she claimed Joe's involvement. Soooo .......

I am trying so hard to figure out why someone would feel the best way to get a weapon from someone is to hurt a child? When JW states he was gonna borrow it no less. Why not say ..oh ok i'll check and see where it is? Grab the phone call Ron and say get your sorry butt over here cause JO is going off about the gun but it is Ron that calls repeatedly to Misty.

Missing gun, missing child, let me grab a beer and some smokes at the store an i'll help us iron this whole mess out? I mean I don't know. :twocents:

M and ToC may have been in on JO stealing R's gun. Something went wrong when it wasn't found. Now, JW is laying out that JO came to the MH looking for the gun that they wanted to borrow to poach, to shoot deer at night, etc.
Who was going poaching w/JO that night - ToC before Linds got home?

Guess JO came in the MH (maybe w/ToC) and was just borrowing a gun w/Tommy, and next thing Tommy knew, all he__ broke lose! Oh, and Jr - where was he through this? Slept through this version?

Maybe he has....and, that's why he's not been arrested.

I really think there was a major change once Tommy contacted Werter in April. I think Tommy told him he wanted to come clean and Werter told him no way in hell was he taking it to LE and the DA without Tommy taking a private poly. I think Werter's examiner gave him one and he passed then he contacted LE to set up a meeting and they probably also administered one.

Now as far as Joe.........I doubt his lawyer will let him take a poly administered by LE. Since Hardy said he had lawyered up I don't think there is any more communication being done between them. I got the feeling Joe's lawyer knows it is just a matter of time before Joe is arrested.

Do you remember about where or when it was he said that? I don't need a link or anything but I remember him telling Cobra if he felt 75 percent sure who took his kid he would kill them and go to prison.

Tommy never tells GGH what happened though.

IMO

I noticed a but.......in there.........and then he says, Yeah, or well, yeah. So if GGH would have just let him talk, we would have found out more!

There is so much more to this story than we have heard. I cannot fathom anyone being scared of JO; even with a weapon. Doesn't make sense to be afraid of somone who lives out of state; they could have had police protection if they were sooo afraid of JO.
Seems to me that the next few weeks should have this house of cards destroyed! I will be so shocked if we do not find justice for HayLeigh; this lil angel deserves much more than she was ever given.
The drug cases should be slam dunks; so where will that leave the trio on HayLeigh's case?
This has been the most frustrating case I have ever followed!

Oh I may have it wrong then Dr.F. Sorry. Maybe that is where I got the 75% from.:blushing:

My bad.

Thats true but he didn't tell anything really. Only that Joe had done it and had to be arrested for it.

My impression of Werter sank during this show... not very persuasive, imo.

I think Tommy is trying to get out of jail and save his marriage. I am NOT buying this sudden rash of "integrity." Nope.

This could very well be a logical lead if LE hasn't already examined this place. It may be where she was taken. My antennae just went up with your post.
