hmmmm....which tape should I do next. They all seem like more of the same.

tape 12, theres a slip of the tongue, dad is saying what is being said that happened, tc is saying no thats bs, he says 'i know what" and stopped. Thinking the next word would have been "happened".

Well, in a statement analysis, an investigator would surely want to follow up on that "stopped" sentence.

Let me just say that if I hear "I didn't do nothing wrong" ONE MORE TIME I am gonna come unglued.......and I'm only on audio tape #4.....:banghead::banghead::banghead:

I'm right there with ya wasalurker-I was busy this evening and just got home-glanced at the article on NEWSJAX4-I don't think I can bear to listen-this is getting old-same story, different day.....poor Haleigh. :banghead: :furious:

In my opinion it doesn't make sense because he is still lying. He is leaving out his part in what happened to Haleigh.

You know, elle, that omission actually seems more incriminating to me. If the only person who was implicated was Cousin Joe, I think Tommy would have a lot to say about what happened to Haleigh.

We need to remember that anything on these tapes having to do with what happened would be redacted I believe.

Tape 6

Tommy wants to talk to his lawyer, HankSR: it's in the paper that you took police to some harbor, Tommy: how in the hell do they know that?

OOHH....I bet the Harbor info came from mist. they pitted these two against each other in my opinion!( my thought not Tommy's

I have no doubt tommy is saying in tape 9 he is making up this story.

Yes, I'm listening and see what you mean.

After we review all of them generally, we can make a thread for each one we'd like to break apart further. There are a LOT of innuendos going on. Holy moly.

Tommy is having a heck of a time getting through to his folks that he is lying his azz off. They are too stressed out to comprehend.(8 and 9)

Unreal. He will be in prison as long as they can possibly keep him. He blew it, big time. mo

"I hope you know what I'm trying to tell you, man", says Tommy on tape 9. And he really really wants to talk to Timmy. Interesting.

It's nice when family can talk about things they have in common, like laundry problems in jail............................

  • #95
They sure waste a lot of phone minutes talking about phone minutes.

There aren't nearly as many "love you's" in these conversations. Desperate for many other reasons...

Tape 6

Hank SR: i wish i knew what to do, I don't know what to do over this shi*
Tommy: damn it I need to talk to my lawyer,
Hank: Jason said he was trying to protect your family, Tommy is crying, he is a mess.
Hank: I thought you said you were going to be okay?
Tommy: I am, I am just sick of this I am tired of it.
Tommy is asking what misty is telling,
Hank: I don't know how you let yourself get this far into this, you could have done something. Hank SR is crying too. Saying he isn't going to live through this,
Tommy: everything is going to be allright, nothing is going to happen to me or my sister, we didn't do nothing wrong.
Lisa: why is Dad crying?
Tommy: prolly cause i am
Lisa: they need to tell us whats going on, we can call your lawyer but he won't tell us anything.
Tommy: he can't say anything right now.
Granny Hollars beeping in, Tommy says don't tell her anything.
Lisa: everyone is talking about Shell harbor
Tommy" I told them where you used to live at...Lisa: did something happen over there? Tommy: I can't say nothing, Lisa: don't cry. Tommy: I don't know why they are talking to Lyndsy...Lisa: they prolly just want to know if you left the house and all that. Tommy just quiet.
Tommy says they can't go down by their old house right now. He doesn't know how everything got in the paper already. All he knows is he didn't do anything. He is talking about how he can't believe everything is in the paper already.
Tommy: everything will be allright though, I already been told. I didn't so shi.
Lisa thinks Joe is going to run, if he gets away it will be harder for anyone to find him. C. don't want to be around Joe.( I used initials)
Lisa: they need to go get him and lock him up...Tommy: wants to see Lyndsy but knows she doesn't have any gas. She has no gas and no cigs.

I think in tape 9 Tommy is saying Misty knew all along. He keeps saying that's it right there when his father talks about Misty. That's it right there think about it.
