what evidence has ever been exculpotory? and i dont mean rumors lies and innuendo by the defense. i mean solid evdience/witnesses

in this instance JJ and another witness saying they believe they were at the site Sept 1 and the remains weren't there at that time

Kc works for me since I presume she is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Seems proper. IMO
