Let's see they want psychiatrist hidden from visitor list and now CM implied KC killed Caylee but someone else moved the body. Sooooo......KC is insane, but George or Lee are the real bad guys because they tossed her body woods. Defense hopes to show that KC should not get the DP because she was only the killer. (HUH?)

You're probably not far off base, especially considering the dogs hit on the Anthony's back yard.

Scenario - Casey murdered Caylee and left her in the back yard, George and/or Cindy moved the body which is why Casey claims she didn't know where Caylee was.

The Jury ought to just love that one.

Mason speaking about GA's grand jury testimony:

JA filed motion for transcript of GA's GJ testimony because he'd found something in a later statement of GA's to be inconsistent with his GJ testimony, they had a hearing, the result was that the order was entered by Judge S on Oct 6 2009. The request was granted, the transcript was ordered to be delivered to the prosecutor. The defense requested a copy of the transcript but was denied.

Mason doesn't want to claim that there was bad motive, he doesn't believe there was, but he's never seen a case before where the state would be allowed to have a transcript of testimony and the defense would be denied a copy of it

Neither would I. And the fact that George isn't there for the second time in a row tends to raise some red flags.

George may see the bus coming for him a second time. I didn't think my opinion could drop further of KC, but if she tosses George under again saying he taped Caylee's face, bagged her, and threw her in the woods..... this is beyond disgusting.

Yes, I do. It was the first thing I thought when I read she "fell". She doesn't want to be in that courtroom, at all. And she would do anything to avoid it.
