October 20th, SA emailed JB and agreed to comply after payment for the service and copies.

Last April a year ago, JB employee went to sheriff's office to get them to identify the tips they wished to inspect and abandoned the mission and has never been back...

He recognizes the complexity of the case but there comes a time when 98% of this case needs to be done.

Judge tells Baez to go ahead and use the money Judge granted the defense and pay for the tips..but Baez still argues about not wishing to pay for them up front...Judge says get it done

LDB: Judge S ordered that the tips gathered to that point be turned over to the defense.

The last she heard the sheriff's office was expending many man hours and resources scanning these tips and putting them into disk form, the order is insignificant

Judge interrupts: Are those disks complete, are they ready?

LDB: Yes they are, but.... ( something about defense not having paid enough)

Judge P: How much more is owed?

LDB: I think about $200 .......

JB: Says the defense were led to believe it was an up front amount that we paid for all of it

Judge P: Those need to be turned over, defense needs to get those.

LDB: I think the sheriff's department is ready to do that. But then, it was kind of dropped a year ago and that's where it is today.

Judge P: I authorize payment up to $2000, let's get it done.

LDB: If they are requesting public records emails, that was not included in their request so those will probably not be included, I'm not sure if that's......

JB: As I indicated, we were led to believe those were included

Judge P talks about how long this has been dragging out, let's get it done

I think it's more like he accidentally let some common sense in. I dont think he meant to say that. or not quite that.

JB is now arguing is motion and JA is suggesting a different order of presentation of the motion.
