isnt it amazing when forensics works for you its '100 percent perfect' and when its against you it's 'junk sciene'

and that works for the prosecution in cases too. when they dont get a convction cause the forensics worked against them its cause too many people watch csi and ncis......not cause there case sucked

People like to complain about the defense spending any public money, but please, the prosecution runs completely on public money. How much have they spent?? Of course they have to spend money, and so does the defense. How about the OCSD not turning over those tips all that time, for example, it's been 2 years. Dragging these things out costs the public a lot of money. (Whoever was responsible for that.)

Notice that the nanny abduction theory seems to have been eliminated by the defense.

Sorry for the defense, but they have as much of a chance of the Zanny-the-imaginanny story disappearing as KC's 7 month pregnancy 'disappearing'. Somebody is gonna be forced to deal with it. Once again, they can thank KC for that.

HHBP is giving him lessons on court. Frye hearing...puzzled why he's doing this now rather than filing a motion on all this science whether it will accepted or not...paraphrased.

It's important for the defense to have these docouments...why doesn't he go to the Tennessee Lab and get it themselves??? How does this rest on the states shoulders????

no not complaining about the money, complaining about the tips not being disclosed, the RK tips weren't disclosed for a very long time to the defense, they kept being strung along with a bunch of nonsense and only psychic tips released to them. A lot of the tips still haven't been released to them to this date

I do not believe it is a matter of the Tips being released to the Defense but that the Defense has not picked them up for reasons unknown to me
SAO Burdick did state in Court that the tips are ready and available for the Defense to pick them up..Judge told Baez to go ahead and pay for them..let's get it done.
