If I haven't said it before. Let me say it again. I love this Judge. He's begging JB to give him something that would ALLOW him to give him what JB wants.

I have lost the thread of Mr Baez's argument. What exactly 'is' it that he wants? :waitasec:

Judge...That is a great idea but you are putting the cart before the horse...I think you should take your deposition...and then file a pacific motion....you may not be entitled to it but you are a little premature for it now.

JA is interupting and indicating the Oakridge lab has an attorney that is arguing this.

Judge is suggesting that JB needs to looking into freedom of information act because of the Oakridge lab's relationship with the university.
