Frankly, while I enjoy truecrime discussion, I'm only interested in discussing known facts. I can sit around and make up random stories all day long without having to be on the Internet.

This radio show was like a facebook discussion page but with sound. Lots of rumor, complete speculation, very very little on any actual verified facts.

I can't give this show any credence because while it's interesting and certainly entertaining, the info presented on this show is not coming from official sources who have inside case knowledge and proof. It is opinions based on rumors and speculation. That is 99.9% of the content of this particular episode. Reminded me a bit of Nancy Grace's show.

Same here, growing up.

But nowadays, it is quite unusual for kids from middle class families not to be booked up for the summer: lessons (dancing, guitar, karate, and so forth), camp (day & sleep away), YMCA activities, sports.

I haven't booked anything for my kids yet and it's not because I can't afford it...I'm just hoping to take most of the summer off...and have my mom, mother in law and sister available to watch them when I have to work.

I just like the idea of them not having a schedule over the summer. I helps that I don't have to rush to pick them up or pack lunches either

So it does happen that kids do n't have plans for the summer.

Yes I know that LE has been asking about TH and her whereabouts. I want to know the source for the experts' assertions that "she lied about her whereabouts." I not saying she didn't lie, I am trying to ascertain known/verified facts from rumor and speculation.

A lot of what I heard on the Levi Page show (in fact most of it) was speculation. And they might be correct in all that they are speculating, but I don't know what is fact and what is not (yet).

Levi uses experts on his show to give an analysis of the cases from thier professional opinion, just like NG and many others.I do nott beleive I heard them state as a fact about anything. What I heard them say was, why has no one else taken a poly, and why has she had to take 2. That tells them that she either lied or the tests were inconclusive, and tests are rarely inconclusive. They also stated that this was a small town and if she was where she said she was they would not be asking questions about who saw her and where.

These are professionals not directly involved in the case and they are explaining why things are happening like they are, no not much information has been given out but in thier professional opinion this is what they see happening. Levi's show is not like facebook or throwing around rumors, these are professionals. When facts are known they do discuss facts....
Oh nevermind I'm not getting in an arguement over this.

What was Kyron looking forward to doing this summer?

Kyron is looking forward to going on his annual family trips; he is going to California to spend time with friends, a trip to Seaside for his birthday, a houseboat trip on Shasta Lake in August and a Hellgate Jet Boat excursion in July. He got a new fishing pole for Christmas that he has been practicing with in the backyard so he has been looking forward to the many camping and fishing trips.

We were wondering about the t-shirts the family wore at the press conference yesterday – were they made and designed by the family?

It was a collaboration of efforts joining Taylor Made Printing and Lithia Motors LAD advertising agency to design, print, and ship the T-Shirts to the family. All labor and materials were donated.

Was Kyron in a good mood the morning he disappeared?

All this is speculating but if as Levi's guest say the motive was "revenge", then my next question is "revenge for what"???? IF TH is the perp and revenge is the reason, who is she hoping to hurt? Kyron? Kaine? Desiree? I would think it would be one of those three.

I believe that The caregiver felt trapped having to take care of someone that was not her biological child, maybe jealousy. It could be revenge against the situation

How do they know no one else took a poly? They stated that a fact. Has this info been released? If it hasn't and they are assuming no one else took a poly then yes they are (stating it as a fact). BTW, no one *has* to take a polygraph test. They are not legally compelled to do so. It is always voluntary.

to me there is only one scenario that would fit the motive of revenge (another minor) and i don't see that happening (although what do i know??) I have gravitated to a whole new theory which i will keep to myself for now until things play out a little more (it involves more than just TH) I think if this was a coldly premeditated crime it would be advantageous to have pre-planned activities such as lessons or camp...

This would be a good point EXCEPT she missed the fine print. Where Kyron spends summers with Desiree... and Terri has a new baby home and doesn't need to find camps, etc to replace school babysitting. She would be home anyway, and Kyron could just enjoy summer with Terri when he wasn't spending his summer with Desiree.

And ... the fact that she missed that fine print, but was comfortable jumping to all sorts of other conclusions about Terri, makes me wonder how much research & thought went into her comments and conclusions. IMO.

I'm a little frustrated. I felt like there were more leaps made in this show than there were in Kyron's entire tree frog project.

However...if he does spend time with SM during the summer...given that SM seems to have childcare arrangements for her daughter despite being a SAHM, I'd guess that she would do the same for Kyron during the summer. Not full time care, but probably something to give her a break. And probably something fun for Kyron to do as well.

Well, that would be interesting. People have been cacking on biomom, saying she only had him 10-20% of the time-- how could she have all those activities planned with Kyron if she has so little time with him?

If some of those activities were planned with biomom and SD, it just shows that biomom had more custody over the summer than some people claim.

I'm curious how it really could be 'professional' to make any statements about how they bet SM had no plans for Kyron this summer, and how if she (as if she alone is responsible for scheduling summers) did not have a bunch of plans it is somehow proof she's the perp. I don't have any plans for my children this summer. I never do. Their father usually has nonstop plans for all of his time with them, but finally last year let up bit, since the kids really didn't like that- they want free time to play. This year there are no plans either. Doesn't mean anything at all, and it wouldn't mean anything if SM and biodad had no plans either. All of that is not fact, it is opinion-- and I don't think it's professional because the way it was presented was as fact, and next thing you know everyone is going to be commenting on how it's a fact that SM made no plans because she already killed Kyron, and they heard it on that show, so it must be true.

I like to remember that these people are not volunteering their time and opinions, they are being paid for them. They wouldn't be hired unless they could make it exciting and controversial. Money. I always look for the money.

Just because there are 2 highly qualified experts in law/prosecution and investigation doing a radio show, doesn't mean what they are saying is factual or relevant to this case *if* they don't have inside case information or if they are not confining their comments only to officially known/verified information from LE.

Everything else is opinion based on speculation of facts that may or not not be accurate.

Listened to the experts and I have the same questions. Is it now fact that Terri lied about her whereabouts? Is it now fact she could leave the school with Kyron and not be noticed? We spent most of the day wondering how she would do that.

For me, I simply do not have enough information to say this woman should be charged with murder I.

Lie detector tests are NOT conclusive and are affected by medications, underlying disease states, and states of mind. False + and false - can be caused by many factors, and that may be the reason she is taking another one. AND if I were her, there would be no way I'd have taken even the first polygraph. moo mho

Hi Eyes, A local posted here that it was raining that morning in the area of the school. I think it could have been simple to appear 'faceless' if she was wearing a hoodie which is what we do here. And if she parked her car where STEADFAST thought she could have it would have only been 7 or 8 feet for Kyron to exit the school and hop in the passenger seat of the truck IMO.

We were all screwed up on the positioning of the school building in relationship to direction, and once we learned what it really is everything came into place IMO.

From all these years of watching Nancy Grace and other crime shows like these, I really don't see how some of these (if not all) guests are not paid for their time, especially since some of them are on all the time. Are they that rich that they can volunteer for network tv for free?

I added to the post that these were questions submitted to both families from the press. The conference took place on 6/12/10 3:00pm. The video is no longer working. The activities mentioned were with both families - it didn't specify the activities with mom or with dad - just that they were his summer plans. moo mho
