Okay....it's November....what happened with the divorce hearing?

Kyron Horman's father files to delay divorce case with Terri Horman

PACIFIC, WA (KPTV) -
The father of Kyron Horman filed a motion to delay his divorce case with Terri Horman.

Kaine Horman's attorneys filed a motion to stay the dissolution proceedings on Friday. A hearing is now set for Feb. 4.

If I were Kaine, I'd be sleeping with both eyes open. If something happens to him (divorce or no) it is VERY possible that Terri could get her child back.

No matter how he tries to stop it, there is no provision I can think of that would stop a suspected murderess from getting custody of her child if the father passed away.

The court would be in a very difficult position at that point. (imo)
