JB now wants to discuss another issue...judge says go ahead but bear in mind that he's been there since about 8:15 this morning and didn't leave last night until 9pm. Bear in mind he had to do jury instructions...he didn't finish until after midnight and then up early this morning. Go ahead and finish and I'll give you a suggestion.

JB---my client as she sits here today is innocent, don't lay it out as if you're not aware of it. She can't see her own family, nor can she communicate...

Judge---I have nothing to do with policy at OC jail, if you feel the jail is violating....there's a remedy for that, it's called suit.

His tip is it's a jail policy...you would have to sue the jail. He said there is no expectation of privacy.
