Keep reading that Kaine was NOT home when 911 call made. Does anyone have a link that verifies he was not home during the first 911 call? I know he wasn't for the second, as that is the custody issue call. TIA.

This may be answered below, but she called 911 when Kaine and baby didn't return home (hopefully someone can link?) and then called again when served with the RO papers (cause that's what 911 is for, right?)

She was served in person on 6/28/10 with the RO. The hearing for the RO is July 13th. (I saw the public records), it will be interesting if she goes in person wearing an orange jumper and silver bracelets.

I don't think the school handled Kyron's absence well. However, when the truth comes out I believe it will reveal that the school was advised that Kyron had a doctor appointment that day, so the school understandably had no reason to notify anyone.

I truly believe from the statements by her friend in the Oregonian where she specifically states (paraphrasing by me) "the teacher was new and hard of hearing, probably didn't understand." So as you said, they thought he went with TH to the appt, so why call? IMHO, the only reason this friend would clarify the appointment was because TH said to the teacher - Kyron has an appointment. Then when LE brings it up, she shows the paperwork showing it was for June 11th (info is in the Oregonian link with the interview with Finskster or whoever? I know there is a link sorry I'm tired and just don't have it)

I think as far as the cell phone pings go, she probably did say early on yes I had my cell all day, and then she denied being in SI cause what could she do? It is possible someone had her cell, but with all the other stuff, it's just too hard to believe anything from TH - and whoever said KH looked detached I agree too - from day 1 detached, but...if he is/was having an affair (not starting rumors, have no info, just sayin') he may have been so scared it would come out with all this that's why he seemed 'odd' or trying to stay under the radar. I've never gotten the feeling KH did anything to this little boy, BTW, but I do believe he's hiding something. Whew! Is it Miller time?

Personally I just think ( understandably IMO) that Kaine was totally shocked and probably unable to even think straight. His little son who he had raised was missing and not only was he having to cope with THAT he had the growing rumours to listen that his wife ( the woman he presumably loved) was being looked at in connection with it. I am sure he also had growing suspicions or at the very least questions he had been asking himself plus maybe the knowledge that he had brought her into Kyrons life. If you look at a photo of him now and a year ago its n ot even barely recognizable as the same man.

I agree. Men are from Mars and are just wired differently. Some are more emotional, some are even less emotional than the norm. Some men can be poetic and write the most beautiful poems and love letters, able to freely express themselves. Then you have men who just don't go that route; aren't 'romantic' or touchy-feely. Doesn't mean they don't love you, they just don't have that romantic capability in them.

Men like to ponder and think things through for a solution. While women do the same, but the emotions come into play as well. Women already know the answers when they vent about something, they just need to vent. Thats why they get p.o.-d when they vent to a man about a problem and the man quickly offers a solution. She just needed him to listen, and he failed.

As for the alleged affair Kaine may have had with a co-worker? Imo, I don't understand why it would shock Terri, as she and Kaine had been involved when Desiree was carrying Kyron. Who knows what other incidents of infidelity Kaine or even Terri were in the middle of? We also don't know what LE is keeping from the public eye as far as any statements that Kaine has made to them regarding his thoughts about if Terri is or isn't involved.
