See, the civil DV and disso cases will open TH up to self-incrimination of she fights what KH is requesting. If she is guilty, that is. That's why if she fails to fight the allegations and the requests for no parenting time, the RO, etc., then she is guilty as heck, IMO. Because an innocent person would not be afraid of answering questions in a civil case and they sure as heck would not give up their child without a fight. IMO.

She is right. People say she can do what she wants since her husband is leaving her, etc., but that is so not the point, IMO. Can anyone who feels this is okay behavior state whether they think this is okay behavior for a supposedly grieving mom who just lost her child? The boy she raised from infancy? It makes no sense to me. What am I missing? You lose your baby and the last thing you think about is sexting, or pursuing a romantic relationship. It's all you can do to try to breathe, I would think. Unless you just don't care because you are guilty of something in connection with his disappearance. I have never seen such behavior, except from the likes of casey anthony, susan smith, diane downs, scott peterson, drew peterson, etc.
