Yes, she cooperated by coming in to answer questions and coming in for polys (after being nagged). That doesn't mean her answers were truthful and forthright. Since she hired a lawyer, she hasn't spoken at least as far as the public knows. So how has she been uncooperative in the family's eyes? Not taking full part in trying to find Kyron. It's all about HER right? Has she once come forward worried about Kyron? Did any of her friends say she was devasted about Kyron? No, she's been too concerned over her hair highlights, what people think of her online, hitting the gym, sexting some dupe, and possibly attempting to have her husband killed. Now that's what I deem odd behavior. If she gave 2 pennies for that boy, she would be tearing up the earth to find him instead she's stalling. She has yet to clear up simple questions about her movements--like where was she exactly :banghead: that morning?

The comment that she hasn't refused any requests lately may be very encouraging or not - LE might not currently make that many requests to Terri since she lives far away and has a lawyer and they already know what her lawyer would say.

County Board Approves Additional Funds for Kyron Horman Investigation

Outside the county board room, Staton told reporters that Kyron’s stepmom, Terri Moulton Horman, has cooperated and agreed to all requests so far from investigators. He declined to name any person of interest in the case, but he said an upcoming press release will answer many of the public’s questions about the case.

Bringing forward the opening post from July 22. The next day, July 23, Staton again confirmed that Terri has been cooperative in this investigation:

"During this investigation Terri Horman has been cooperative and there have been other times she has not. We cannot speak to specifics regarding this issue."
