If I recall, LE hasn't said anything that Terry's attorney can sue them for. And they don't have to show him anything unless she has been charged. I think they might know she left with him but can't prove what she did with him after.

LE hasn't said anything in particular just the implications.
Also one of the reason Kaine stated on his RO was LE has given me reason to believe my wife is involved in the disappearance of Kyron.
Also I was just saying the atttorney could have said something like that and so LE is making sure they dont say anything about Terri. JMO

Are they going to arrest TH as she has co-operated enough they feel they have enough on her (the trial ready investigation) or have they been secretly investigating someone else while the spotlight has been on TH..

I am really afraid that they think they may need to put together a murder case without finding Kyron. That's all I can gather from him mentioning that they have no leads as to where Kyron is basically, and have to prepare for a trial, etc...

But it may end up being a very circumstantial case...scary and sad.

This case is driving me to insanity...LE and the DA are double talking like politicians. I just want to shake them and say "GIVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER, DAMMIT!"

Maybe we'll finally get something at the hearing tomorrow...I feel hopeful like my dog when I'm making food in the kitchen and there's the possibility that some may fall to floor, you know?

I assume she has "complied with requests of LE" in the sense of answering their questions and giving consent to searches. I assume KH and DY feel she has not "cooperated" because she is LYING in these answers or HIDING evidence somewhere LE is less likely to search.

If you watch the KATU video you can see Sheriff Staton parse his works very carefully when he says, "right now, the requests that have been made by our investigators to her...she has not refused at this particular point in time". Doesn't mean she is telling the truth, sounds to me like he is just saying she hasn't turned investigators away when they've shown up at her house.

Staton said investigators have not found any items that belong to Kyron, and again declined to name the stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, as a person of interest in the investigation.

I think that Desiree, Kaine, and Tony are so upset, grieving, and desperate that the only way they would feel that Terri is 'cooperating' would be if she either produced a live Kyron or confessed to his murder.

If Terri is guilty, then I hope she does one or the other.

If she is innocent, then either is beyond her power to accomplish.

I am still waiting for someone official to show some evidence of what happened to Kyron and who is responsible. I am so sick of rumours and unnamed sources. :banghead:

LE is stating that Terri is cooperating and that is good enough for me. Perhaps their statement today will clear up some small detail of this mess, before we all go insane trying to follow all the twists and turns that are floating around the media and internet.
