LE does have "evidence." They have witness statements, cell phone records, and who knows what else. They will know if Ron says something that contradicts the evidence that they have.

I am all for all of the primetime players going to prison but I am furious that rc seems to come out of every darn arrest smelling the rose he isn't. They were talking about the PSI again and how the judge will way all the previous charges and priors and take into consideration their life backgrounds, etc. along the way....that is where AS has the advantage with the letter and this is where Haleigh's story will be played.

I think the entire show and Shoemaker's comments are just a PR stunt to try and change the public's opinion of Ron. Ron is being portrayed as a greiving father who was willing to do anything it took to find out what happened to his daughter, including marrying the enemy, divorcing the enemy upon advice of LE, continue to play the boyfriend so that he could keep the enemy close, even stooping to dealing drugs with the enemy just so she would trust him.....Do you see where I'm going with this? That is why Teresa is "so proud of him" because he finally got Misty in jail..................what a moment! Unfortunately, some people including law enforcement will actually fall for this bull.

I kept wondering how they could be so sure that Ron passed a poly, & I finally chalked it up to inside information. But after the bust, I remember Nancy Grace asking Shoemaker or some lawyer about Ron's results, & MOO, nobody seemed too convincing. I don't think Ron passed.

I do not believe for one moment that Ronald did or even could pass a poly, dodie20! I was just pointing out that I first heard Ronald had passed his poly out of his own mouth on the NG show when he and Misty was on. It was in the few days and the mobile home was in the background in the show.

The first time I saw Schaivo on NG, she reported that Ronald had passed his poly. That made me so angry because I knew neither LE or anyone else in a position of authority had stated such. Schaivo also stated that Ronald had been cleared. NG depends on her producers for her information and she very often gets the wrong information. Then she insists that information is true.

This arrest of Lisa and Hank, Sr. will certainly be spinned Monday evening on the various shows, IMO. I do not know how it will be spinned, but it will, LOL.

I know cops can lie, to help an investigation, but can they lie about the results of a poly? or are they bound to say nothing at all?

Dont you think if the cops truly thought Ron was innocent, and they knew he had his other child, and they knew Misty was lying, dont you think the cops would have an obligation to tell Ronald so he would be able to get Misty away from Junior?

They didn't do that with OJ. After the trial, he was awarded his kids even though there were loving grandparents....grrrr. They left jr. in that household almost a full year. Crystal had custody too...but the Courts and DFS kept rc and misty in charge of their care the entire time. Ron had primary residential but they both shared custody. It should have been a slam dunk for Crystal to get JR...but we saw how that played out. rc had to be in jail or jr had to be in a hospital in grave condition before CS could get primary residence. The entire system is disgusting!

I am of the opinion that if rc had stayed at 202 Green, he may have lost custody but GMA came to the rescue, just like she always did. Both of those ladies should feel real bad at what they did to gain custody of these precious children. The psychological develpment takes place in the first five years....what a pity!

On his first arrest, even if he was in jail for only minutes, DCF should have been on the case, taking the child from the Cummings' hands because the atmosphere was too volatile, the father has a violent nature. I do wonder why no one told DCF about RC's gun tricks, his form of Ronald Roulette, sticking the barrel into his mouth on several occasions. With several witnesses (Crystal, Amber, Tim Miller, and others), surely something could have been done. What connection does RC and his family have to DCF? :waitasec:

For some reason I am under the impression DCF was advised of the incident with the gun that occured in front of TM, but I could be wrong...
Whatever the situation I am thoroughly convinced Ron C and his family have someone somewhere in Putnam County with some kind of power who is covering for all of them..JMO

An investigation was opened by DCF regarding claims Haleigh's father had talked about using a gun in a threating manner in the presence of his young son.

Tim Miller with Texas EquuSearch is reported saying on http://www.artharris.com/:

"With his 3 year old Junior, watching, Miller tells me Ronald Cummings “made a statement that if he found out Misty had some involvement, he’d blow her teeth through the back of her head.
“Then, he put the (assault rifle) down on floor, butt first, and almost got on his knees, bent over, and put the barrel in his mouth, and says, ‘I’ll kill her, and then kill myself, and take a few others with me.’ "
CORRECTION: Sources close to the investigation tell 97.3 The Sky that DCF got that report Tuesday and that the Putnam County Sheriff's Office sent a deputy to assist the agency.

The Gun incident was reported, but nothing ever came out of it. Not that I have heard anyway. As for connections to DCF, Ronald had a neighbor that his father works for DCF. I can't remember where I heard the audio from the neighbor saying that Ronald came over there wanting his father (the guy working for dcf) to help him out, I think it was on Art's site.

The guy who stated his father was with DCF and claimed Ron C came over to his father's house and wanted his father to help him out is Jerry Santos.. He is also the guy who claims Misty picked up Haleigh at the bus stop...

To keep things in perspective, it's helpful to remember that the gun incident occurred just a few weeks after Ron was cleared in a DCF investigation on charges of abuse brought forth by Crystal and her attorney Kim P. DCF might've been reluctant to spend money on another investigation so soon afterward.

I also like to keep in mind that the DCF investigation took place from early spring until mid-July of 2009. During that time, everything was relatively quiet. Then, before the ink was dry, all hell broke loose.

As for Santos, he vehemently denied that his father helped Ron and was insulted that Ron would suggest he might. We don't know that he was telling the truth, but it should be noted, just the same.
