Who said this? IIRC, the lawyer only said DS wasn't speaking to TH at present time, which is probably wise all things considered.
and we all know Terri didn't stop using her cellphone the minute she got a lawyer or we wouldn't know about her sexting. What is there to say that she hasn't been trying to contact DS? DS may not be answering, but if she's such a good friend, why cut off Terri completely and distance herself by getting friends to come out and say how innocent Dede is?
Let? It really isn't up to Terri, is it? If Terri is innocent there is nothing she can say to prevent any of this. If she doesn't know what happened to Kyron, there's nothing she can do. If DS in cahoots with Terri, she brought all this on herself. IIRC, Desiree and Kaine asserted that DS was advising TH. IMHO, DS has on her big girl panties. She knows what's going on with regard to the investigation. She chose to be involved insofar as she supported Terri in the aftermath of Kyron's abduction, Kaine filing for divorce, taking baby K, and Terri being served with the RO.
and yet it doesn't seem like Terri tried to take up for Dede at all. Terri has been totally silent, yet she's not going to speak up when a good friend is being interrogated and has her house and several properties searched? She just stays quiet and lets her friends be dragged into this? That's the problem I have. Terri should at least be shouting her innocence from the rooftops and not letting everyone else suffer for it. That's not right to me. So I say it is, in part, up to Terri to at least stand up for her friends if she isn't going to stand up for herself. Yet she won't do either of that.
Um...
Karen Gjerning, another friend said, "If DeDe felt that Terri had anything to do with this, DeDe would not be standing next to Terri."
Spicher's friends also revealed that she moved in with Terri Horman soon after Terri's husband, Kaine, moved out and filed for divorce.
Gjerning said, "Because DeDe is the friend that she is she stopped what she was doing and went out and stayed with her for 10 days."
Doesn't this sort of negate the argument that they didn't mention Terri? :waitasec:
I never said they didn't mention Terri, what I am saying is, the only opinion they have is about Dede. It's obvious this was done to declare Dede's innocence, but not Terri's. I'd think Terri would be justifiably angry about her supposed bff distancing herself from Terri. If Dede isn't guilty, who does that leave to be guilty? TH.
Has any reliable source come forth to verify DS has been granted immunity? Why is this assumption being passed around as fact?
That's because she didn't testify in front of the Grand Jury. It has been talked about, even with verified lawyers here, that that happens because the person wants immunity before they are willing to speak. She is supposed to go back in front of them in a few weeks - that tells me she needs something before she testifies, which would be immunity.
DS chose to stay with TH in the aftermath of Kyron's abduction. TH didn't force her to move into the Horman home for 10 days. Dede's friends said that Dede wouldn't stand beside Terri if Dede thought she was guilty. How is that sending a message or drawing a line in the sand?
To me, it's saying that Dede is NOT going to go down for what Terri did, that she was willing to stand by Terri if Terri is innocent, but she won't go to jail for any wrongdoing on Terri's part. Dede was willing to be the good friend when Terri needed one, but she's not willing to be that good friend in the jail cell with Terri. It very much so seems like a line drawn in the sand now. Makes me think those ten days were spent arguing over how they were going to handle what was happening, and they never agreed.
Respectfully, the assumptions in this post are baffling. There is nothing to indicate DS has it out for Terri. Upon retaining counsel, DS's lawyer could have said refrain from contact while LE are conducting their investigation. The leaps and gap filling presented as near fact are baffling.
Again, you are putting words in my mouth. I never said Dede has it out for Terri, just that Dede is going to protect Dede and no one else. Terri is alone in this if she harmed or killed Kyron. And yes, I would imagine Dede would listen to her lawyer when her own dad is a police officer. She's not going to do anything to draw anymore attention to herself now that she's talked to the police. Any way you slice it, she can't and possibly won't help Terri out in any way. There are no leaps and gaps here. I respect your right to think they're both innocent, so you should respect my right to believe otherwise.
