And that's what is was........it was all BS and Cindy knew it. She had to have known by then that Casey had lied about everything that had happened during the past 31 days. It was so obvious that there was no trip with Zanny in which there was a car accident and Zanny was in the hospital with a head injury while Casey's friend stayed at a motel with Caylee and her child. That was a complete lie and Cindy knew it, yet she went on and on and on for what seemed like forever recounting every detail Casey had told her.......as if it was factual.

Yuri knew that it was a waste of time listening to every detail of Casey's lie...............a lie, not a "mis-truth".......... and he was imploring Cindy to tone down her outrageous behavior and work with LE in finding Caylee. But, Cindy's intent at that point was to make LE an adversary instead of an ally. She was working against LE and didn't want Caylee found.

I think the truth of the matter, which will come out in court, is that even though Cindy knew that Caylee was dead and that Casey had killed her, she began a mission to make LE and anyone who assisted LE in searching (TES) for a deceased Caylee an adversary and to promote the idea that Caylee was kidnapped.

Cindy's relationship with DC and all his craziness is very suspect. I think the whole point may have been to find Caylee's remains and dispose of them permanently before LE found them.

This brings up something that I was thinking on this morning. Why exactly does the SA and the Sheriff and the Bar and most importantly the judge, let some of this nonsense keep continuing, and pass without action or judgement? The overwhelming obstruction of justice, the downright complicity after the fact, the lies to authorities, the cheating and skirting the rules as an expected privilege? It is setting up a road map for the next high profile case, such as the Kyron Hormon one to do it further and do it worse. Slap it down now and make an example of them all. This sort of behavior is NOT tolerated in our system of justice. We have rules, we have decorum. They must be followed or you may face that system yourself

The focus now is on the murder trial.

I think the powers that be are waiting until after the trial to make charges of obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, etc. If they were to make those charges now, GA and CA could plead the 5th on the stand.

Two things come to mind with this bunch of connivers - Loose lips sink ships & There is no honor amongst thieves.

In the end, all of their nonsense and mashugina will have served no purpose but to open them up to charges. If the SA & LE allows them enough rope, hopefully, its just a matter of time before they take each other down.

Although this clearly isn't the first time this has been suggested, thought of, interpreted as such, or written,... in these particular words, after this particular document dump, I am so far beyond sickened I can't even think straight after reading this. Good gracious, can you imagine this being your goal in life, to lead the world away from the remains of your granddaughter in hopes of her never being found so that you can permanently dispose of them to protect her killer? God almighty. I just, I don't know, I'm so sick I am actually crying. Jesus. And I don't even KNOW these people and I'm crying.

Cindy spouted how LE wasn't looking for the real kidnappers (still is). Did she honestly expect LE to take any of this (what's purported in the emails) seriously? Are you kidding me?!

If CA continues down this trail of Caylee is still alive, LE should be looking for the real kidnappers or some other bizarre behavior do you think SA would declare her unfiit to testify and just use her deposition? I will be very surprised to see her not have some type of meltdown between now and the trial. jmo

With all due respect Seagull, I think its time that we all do something for KC that her parents never did. Let her take responsibility for what she DID say.. rather than figuring out what or why she was trying to say. She lied. Bottom line is.. she lied and lied and lied and continues to lie. If a court finds her to have mental issues.. then fine her sentencing will reflect those findings. But even if that is found to be accurate.. she has LIED and needs to be held accountable for that. Even if it is just by a group of folks here at WS.

Agree. She's proven that the enabling that her family has provided her with all her life hasn't worked. Tough love and being held accountable for her actions is finally in order. It's unfortunate for her, though, that rather than this happening within the confines of their family unit, it has to finally be done via the legal system. Casey has had her period of time in the spotlight, now it's time for the focus to be back where it belongs ... on CAYLEE!

I'm new here and just listened to the interview with Ginny on Steph Watts show. What did you all think of that? I thought she was the biggest sham since "one size fits all". Did anyone notice the terminology when she said really freaked (can't remember who) out, just like the PI's terminology of "really freaked me out". I know it is a term that is used, but it's sort of an outdated one here (except for the kids), yet they hardly have ever spoken.


Also, does anyone know how the letters from Cindy made it so quickly into the document dump. They were obviously a setup for the public-not Casey?:waitasec:

I can imagine ICA becoming more enraged at that. She may just change her plea and give Cindy that last jab in the heart. The hatred runs deep and IMO, ICA will do whatever she has to to finally destroy everyone who loved Caylee more than they loved HER...dispicable creature, evil at heart with the blackest soul one could have. She will take great pleasure to finally be the one who breaks Cindy down, all the way down.. JMHO

IMO she hates Cindy so much because Cindy never let her have an identity.She was expected to belong to her,to be emeshed with her and still is.Caylee also belonged to Cindy.She took Caylee from KC from the beginning.I think KC's hatred grew for Cindy after Caylee was born.I think part of it was jealousy because she was used to being Cindy's other part and part of it was wanting to break free from it.

RR -- There were a few misc docs in between the letters and emails (e.g., fingerprint report from early on, E. Gonzales <shot girl at Fusion> transcript). But, a lot was missing as evidenced by the below post:
