You make a very, very good point! I just checked and that video was filmed on 11/20/08!
If you read DC's emails around that time he also becomes very edgy and desperate sounding. He apologies to Luke for a snarky email and comments about bringing Caylee home, and how HE must be the one to bring her her home, and comments something about the disrespectful circus has to stop. It also explains why Cindy and George, upon hearing the remains were found don't rush back and either a) show up at the scene sobbing or b) rush to be in the privacy and comfort of their own home where they can grieve. But no, calm and collected, they go to the Ritz for a nice dinner and sit with a group, including a news reporter. They already knew she was there, IMO. Where's the shock of discovery?? Non-existent. Cindy had already "sent someone out there a month ago"... based on info that IN NO WAY came from the 'psychic' GL. They knew.

I betcha DC is ready to choke GL for confirming that he FOUND the body.

I am extremely curious to know if the SA has offered him immunity now.

I missed that...if he did find Caylee's remains and didn't report it as we know he didn't, would he be arrested??? Or is this why the SA's did that investigative subpeona and give DC limited immunity...what a mess...:banghead:

He is under no obligation to report finding the remains. Moving, manipulating or advising others to do so would be an entirely different matter.

It just makes the fact that Roy Kronk, called and called and called, because in his words the child deserved a proper burial all that much more noble.

Correct. And, imo, this means Brad Conway probably knew too.

And then that poses the question:-

WHO to believe - Ginette or Dominic?

Talk about diving down a deep dark hole!

Although, I can see DC crying and freaking out IF he did locate it. That said, I would think he would have told SOMEBODY...maybe Lee? or CA? That was a month before Kronk discovered Caylee's remains. Don't we believe that if DC REALLY located the body he would have told someone so that, if he didn't have the guts, they could have moved Caylee's remains? I personally think that was the whole point. It was to save KC from more incriminating evidence coming forward.

Okay, I've just convinced myself he never really found her body. I am convinced that Caylee's remains would have NEVER been found if DC had discovered them first. No, I do NOT believe he would have informed LE before he told CA. And CA would have never called LE.

eta: Okay, 5 min. later and I am not so convinced. See post following LiveLifeLuv's observations....

That is where I am stuck, don't know who to believe. There was a shift in CA's behaviour, that is for sure, that interview where GA does all the talking and she is wreck, something was going on. I just don't know who told who where to look.
I remember she did say to LE after the remains were found that she had 'someone walk that area' and there wasn't anything there then.

I'm choking this out because I can't believe I'm defending the Anthonys.

"b) rush to be in the privacy and comfort of their own home where they can grieve" was not an option because LE was tearing the place apart doing a search. How about "b) going to Lee's place where they could be alone and grieve?"

GL also said last night on SWatts show that she was not interviewed extensively by LE, wonder if she will be now after such a bold claim.

In Florida, once subpoenaed you automatically get use immunity, that is not a free pass and certainly does not give you license to commit perjury. Witness with use immunity may still be prosecuted, but only based on evidence the State establishes is not gathered from the protected testimony, but was obtained from legitimate sources independent of his.

I have no knowledge of him having any specialized immunity that every other witness on the Prosecutor's witness list does not.

Whether Dom understands the parameters is a whole other show.

I truly believe KC's statement "She's close to home" was code-speak...intentionally meant to direct her family. I think they knew Caylee's body was in the woods behind Hopespring somewhere....just not the exact location.

I don't think CA would ever admit it if she knew Caylee's body was there, even IF DC had actually located it.

You are right. Lee's then. But the Ritz for a group dinner? C'mon.

 Just read CA's brother's interview with the FBI and police. She says KC only stole $50 from her grandfathers nursing home account and in fact it was $354.00. IMO, the amount doesn't make a damn bit of difference. Stealing any money by check fraud from your grandfather's nursing home account is deplorable and the fact that CA downplayed it is extremely sad and extremely telling. JMO

I don't get TruTv on my cable anymore but if they are still running the show psychic detectives you should watch it. There are people with the gift, IMO. Some cops swear by them.

Based on a few experiences on the ground of search sites working with cops, when a "psychic" shows up pretty much all cops swear AT them. Really they do.

My major experience with one of these "respected and used by LE and the FBI" famous psychics, one Janet Russel (woohoo famous cable psychic TV show too!) sent me crawling through raw sewage and rats searching for a little girl (Thanks for the nightmares and the smells that creep up on me at 3am on rainy nights Janet!). The psychic was brought in by the wife of a prominent politician, which was the only reason that LE didn't send her packing at the time. The little girl was eventually found, thankfully alive. But she was 40 miles away from where the psychic said, in entirely different circumstances. (Astonishingly NO RATS WERE INVOLVED! Thanks again Janet!). The girl had never been in my town. Everything that the psychic spit out on where to find the girl was simply the regurgitated lies of a psychotic child molesting kidnapper. It was blatant human and social engineering in order to call attention to themselves.

So in my experience this psychic tied up 100 cops and firefighters for 2 days while a little girl was truly in danger, sent 3 firefighters into an unbelievably hazardous and toxic situation, which in turn caused over $50,000 of rescue lifesaving and protective equipment to be taken out of service or permanently destroyed. All with no corraborating or factual evidence, and all to the obstruction of the actual search and investigation. And the kicker. To this day this particular psychic has this case listed on her web site as a personal success. She found the girl for LE!

Ginnette's entire schtick here really reminds me of the same old story I have heard before.

Anyway thats my 2c on actual on the ground experiences with the psychics, and how they actually do interact with LE and search personel. I understand that many have strong feelings on this subject, and would suggest if we wish to delve into them further we find a different thread to do so.

Someone said that Dominic sent Luke maps of the area, on Steph's show last night Jenny said that they kept sending her pictures, in one of Dominic's e mails he said he was suspicious of this area based on something Casey had been saying that Caylee is close. If TES volunteers, and Joy can venture a guess to look in the woods closest to the Anthony home, it is not a miracle that she would focus on that area. I believe she was on the phone with him. what I do not believe is it was magic powers that got her there. We have all came up with our expectation from A to Z of what will happen in this case, with amazing accuracy. I know I have no magic, if I had I sure wouldn't owe so much on my taxes. . MOO
Moreover, we know from Mr. Miller that in front of mom, pop asked Casey to put an X on the map of where in the woods TES should search. In my opinion Cindy very well knew the child was dead and that location is a no brainer to search. View attachment 10459

Respectively and not wanting to offend anyone here - let me say "let's do a reality check here." The only way Cindy would have "known" Caylee was dead is if she killed her.

Cindy knew ICA lied about everything. Even is Baez came to Cindy and said - ICA says the baby is dead - I believe Cindy would have held on to a shred of hope this was a lie.

As far as Dom and woo-woo Ginny searching the woods, ICA had been saying since August that Caylee was close - and since statistics place children killed by a parent within 3 miles of their home, to me it is a well-duh event that someone sent Ginny a map and said put an X somewhere here. And Ginny's smell death nose through the phone no less :furious: and her amazing ability :furious:helped her send Dom to search that place.

I don't believe for a second Dom found Caylee - that guy was after money, fame and fortune - his emails point out he had not one ounce of human decency. If he'd found Caylee's remains he would have run so fast to the nearest TV station, all you'd see is a trail of smoke in his tracks.

I'll bet Cindy was the first to jump on the news that he did not find Caylee in the woods, and in Cindy's demented mind - that must have meant she was still alive, and there was still hope.

Yeah, I understand use immunity. He fought that subpoena SO HARD...

You're probably right. He hired Dianna Tennis to rep him and I am sure she advised him he HAD to spill all, or else....

I have always believed that too. And not to re-open a well hashed subject.. I have always thought Timer55 was another clue. And lower left corner of Orlando (was supposed to be a clue? but a reeeallly bad one?).. I have to wonder if other "clues" were passed in letters, with Baez as the go between, and they finally figured it out..?

Correct. And, imo, this means Brad Conway probably knew too.

That was actually the same time Mark Nejame quit. What was the reason he gave? He couldn't play a part in defending Casey? I believe Brad came in around the time Caylee was found. Not to say that Brad doesn't know though.

That was an interesting few weeks, IMO. Below is not in any certain order.

The silent interview where Cindy IMO, looks like she's been told someone died
Caylee was alive and seen at the mall presser
Nejame quits
The meet and greet while DC is at the woods
Cindy sends an email that also got sent to Kathi Belich and Sean K (both handed theirs over to LE)
Cindy claims someone else hacked into her computer and sent that email out.

I think by this time, Cindy's world was very firmly divided into two camps. Her camp with her people who (she believed) thought ICA was innocent, and Caylee was alive.

And the other camp, who were the LE, the SA and anyone else who thought Caylee was dead. This camp kept telling Cindy things she did not, no absolutely refused to hear.

So, somehow, somewhere, I think just before that video was taken, maybe JB told Cindy ICA admitted killing Caylee. Maybe as an accident, maybe on purpose, but the child was dead. Cindy is devastated - you can see it in the video. So Dom goes to find the child. The most obvious place, according to Dom and Ginny was the woods, so Dom searches and stabs the ground as we see on the video. He doesn't find Caylee, and this just proves to Cindy that the other camp is lying and will try anything to blame ICA with this, will do pull any trick to say Caylee is dead to get ICA to confess. When she is told the LE have found the body of a child in the woods, she know it isn't Caylee because Dom searched every inch of those woods and she wasn't there. So someone is lying to here- hmm, wonder who?

Just another theory to ponder folks - hold back on throwing those tomatoes.

I think it's easy to figure out why Nejame quit. He's a smart guy, he assumed Caylee was dead and ICA killed her. He also knew GA and CA were being influenced by Dom and the whacko crew, rather than on the side of LE and the SA to find Caylee and prosecute the obvious killer. I think he talked and talked and knew they weren't budging. And they kept making absurd statements to the press.

They refused to take his advice, so he resigned.

Not so sure JB could tell the A's that KC confessed. If they found out it may have been from clues KC may have written in a letter to them. Maybe KC told them "she" thinks that Caylee was no longer alive. CA seems to believe everything KC says. Just a thought, nothing to base it on. But I don't think JB would break attorney/client confidentiality and tell the A's. jmo

Or, maybe they asked the $64,000 question. What would happen to us if we found Caylee's remains and removed them? jmo
