Have we still not seen an interview from Helen (TES searcher)? There was mention of her in the emails and D Casey saying that she could confirm that Caylee was not in the woods where she was found during the time that TES was searching that area, that she must have been placed there later. I realize that this is coming from D Casey who wouldn't know the truth from a hole in the ground (apparently) but still would like to see her interview. I have done a search on our forum and couldn't find one.

I'm not sure if CA knew about DC's emails with Luke P. at the time they were happening or not. I noticed that CA wrote to KC to let her know it was a mistake that she called DC her 'bff' last year. CA knew in advance that she should distance herself from him in time for this document dump. CA also tells KC that we all need someone to vent to at times and tells KC not to feel too bad about Robyn's betrayal or KC's betrayal of CA. That leads me to think that it may have been CA who was feeding DC some of the ideas he shared with Luke (LP has the same initials as Leonard). Now CA has to pretend she never discussed GA with DC.

Also every topic discussed in those emails has at one time or another been discussed here at WS - we explored a possible connection to Nichole's murder as we explored there may have been a connection to the University Psych department and the stolen Gonzalez computer from the weekend of June 8, 2008.

We discussed GA's strange behavior/demeanor from time to time although people were mostly on his side at the beginning but grew more suspicious of him later.

We discussed a little dog. etc., etc.

We discussed the abandoned house a lot.

It's difficult to determine if DC and/or CA were reading here and took these ideas or if they planted the ideas to begin with. Other than knowing for sure what angles were explored by DC, I didn't learn anything new. (I've only read to page 1100 of the emails which are in triplicate and hard on the eyes.)

DC clearly wanted to believe that Caylee was alive but he did cop to the fact that she may not be from time-to-time. IMO he was not 'allowed' to 'go there' because of you know who ~ hint initials CA.

Who is Luke and who is Genette? How did DC get a line to them?
Did it bother anybody else how Genette kept saying she had to 'knock them out' while referring to her children about getting them to bed? I must say, having had a difficult child when it came to getting him to sleep, I never said to anybody 'after I knock him out'. I always said 'after I get him to fall asleep' or after I read him to sleep. What is this business of people saying they knock their kids out? Strange.

If they planted those ideas here they quickly found out that the majority of people here aren't as dumb as...errr...some of the people involved in this case. :innocent:

I will weigh in here somewhat. At the 911 calls hearing when JB asked Judge Perry about this the Judge indicated that *IF* he granted a motion on this it would be the are removed and placed back on at the door. However, if I remember correct he told JB to file a motion with the court so that if any of the institutions involved wanted to be heard they could. I have been busy and following the Kyron case, so there is a chance I missed a ruling but I don't think a written ruling has been made. As a matter of fact, I am not sure JB has even filed the written motion requesting, but like I said this is my memory and what I have seen.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong!

Casey’s excuses for stealing was that Universal transferred her and they didn’t have the budget for the phones that the employees needed and told them to buy them themselves Casey told mom that the Universal would reimburse them,. Casey didn’t have the money to buy it so she “borrowed” it from dad’s account. The check was signed “Casey Anthony”! So don’t f/n lie to me. I have hears enough lies coming for you daughter for a lifetime and now your are lying to me. Your princess daughter didn’t even graduate from high school and you cover that up. When you FINALLY find “the truth” about what has happened to Caylee, I will say I TOLD YOU SO! You are so damn blind you need a seeing eye dog. If you REALLY wanted to find Caylee you would seek the real truth from Casey.

I do not agree, of course, with Cindy's thinking on this matter. I don't agree with her not kicking him out long ago, or Casey for that matter, long ago. Cindy doesn't think like us. I am going off of what Shirley and Rick said. Cindy could be lying to them too about how she feels.
She could very likely have a poor understanding of divorce laws in her state, but what impression she had was that she would have to pay HIM, possibly alimony since she was the bread winner in the family , iirc. Also, even though their house was in an upside down position, many people faced with foreclosure or divorce think of their home in emotional terms rather than realistic fact terms, oh no you wont wind up with MY house, you jerk, even though there is no proceeds of the house to be had. I have a friend that sold her husband's BMW for one hundred dollars when she learned he had fathered a child with a mistress. When people are in a bad state of mind, they don't make good decisions. I have to go out now, but I'll find the interviews when I get home. I just remember that she thought it would be cheaper to keep him. Over time people become co-dependent and mix up resentment with I don't want you but I don't want anyone else to have you. Moreover, and this is repulsive, as is it all to me, Shirley said at the time that George was handy for Cindy then because he was home and he could babysit Caylee. He was that really old pair of jeans you've had for twenty years, you wouldn't wear them out to a function, but if someone put them in your box to donate to goodwill you'd ring their neck.
I could be wrong, but it is the impression I got. It will be more instructive when I find the spots in the interviews for us and refresh my memory.

It makes me sad, but there are many, many women from earlier generations that stay in marriages forever that are no longer happy or productive or emotionally healthy. I could never understand that. Some of my friend's mom's have told me , Honey, I don't believe in divorce. I always kid my husband when he makes me upset. I hold up my shoe to show him the bottom, and it makes us both laugh, because the punchline to that is , "There is no glue on my shoes, buddy".

I don't make , as my Gram used to say, heads or tails out of how or why the Anthonys do the things they do. Thank God!!:blushing:

You have it perfectly friend. Judge Perry will grant this, imo. It is rather a harmless request, this defendant is in no position to tackle two to three bailiffs and escape. Casey will have them right back as she crosses the threshold. Nothing gained, nothing lost. All she really needs she already has, her hands free to preen her hair, not to mention the computer screen on the table to catch her reflection. If anything, I picture her flirting, Diane Downs style, with the deputies, not trying to physically harm them.

would Casey do? She could not go home) how could she explain where Caylee Marie was? So she
turned to the very person who) unknowingly to Her) is the one that introduced Her to the
'lub" Anthony Lazarro. She would stay at his apartment) a place that she would feel "safe".
~ittle did Casey realize) she had relocated herself into "protective custody". There would be
times that Casey would question her security with Anthony Lazarro. These would be the times
that she would stay at Ricardo Morales) JP Chatt and Amy Huizenga's townhouse and of course
to avoid suspicion from the Grund's) Casey had to include Jesse which included staying with
him from time to time . . . Jesse became very nervous because he knew from what Casey had
told him) the day would come when all would realize that Caylee Marie was missing . . . hence
his immediate exit to Georgia following Casey's arrest.

ok... let me try and get this particular "spin" right. Fusion, little ole Fusion that kept trying desperately to drum up constant partiers, is involved in a "lifetime club"? Seriously? I can see trafficking, I can see Escort Services, I can even see Medicaid Fraud.. but a LIFETIME club? DC not only sees himself as Dick Tracy, he also sees Fusion as the headquarters of a top secret mafia organization where once you get in.. there is no getting out???

So it's NOT that KC slept around and liked to party every night.. it's that she knew something felt "off" with Anthony Lazzaro... who (rather unwisely... if you wanted control over someone night and day so they couldn't run from the lifetime club) wouldn't let her stay at his apt when he went out of town??? Therefore she would run to the comfort of others, including Jesse's (in order to keep his parents UNsuspicious? (of what???????? they had no clue Caylee was missing?????? so why would she have to include him???) Jesse became nervous?????????? When??????

After reading through the emails several times......and picking up on new things each time........

I have ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that there was quite a bit of "intense investigation" going on!!!!!

However, I should clarify that the "exhaustive investigative efforts" seem to have been budgeted for only seeking any alternatives to logic and evidence... instead attempting mightily to find, offer, or inspire "ANY story" that could be woven into the timeline.

The "investigative efforts" were massive........but much like their accusations that LE only went with one theory.......they went with ANYTHING BUT....thereby diminishing "investigating" to "making mud pies or cow pies". (they'll be scraping that carp out from under their nails for a long time...)

Yet again, someone brilliantly describes my exact reaction - that's what I felt but couldn't describe it so well. Good lord the things they came up with, which were based on absolutely nothing - or even worse, just imaginations running wild. Dead strippers, drug rings, private planes, kidnappings, etc!!

No intelligent adult would think they could surmise a family's dynamics as specifically as they seemed to think they could - so and so got mad, then went here, then did this, then did that, etc. I mean I really CANNOT believe these are adults thinking this way. What's that principle called - occam's razor?? Come on!!
