The actual copy of the State Witness List, like what MuzikMan gets for us, shows Lynn Gibson address on a street which is not in the area of Hopespring Dr) - and Stacy Guzman address on the same street as Sawgrass Apts.

I guess the Christopher Gibson on the list and Lynn Gibson could be "divorced" or living at different addresses, but still related??? I don't know??? Christopher Gibson is Kronk's co-worker who was with him when he found the snake.

Not much of a tip when nobody knows who it was that said that. Since JH is a PI, you'd think he would have asked the girl more questions - like her name and when she saw this, etc. Was JH encouraging TES to search there? Maybe he knew then and was feeling really bad about Caylee's little body laying in the woods being disected by insects and animals and such.

I just looked for a picture of the Pontiac and couldn't find one. I know they exist. For some reason, I could not find any of the pictures that I can almost visualize in my minds eye.

At the very beginning of this depo, they talk about Hoover coming in with a lady who found a bag by the side of the road and they took her statement. I never heard of a bag found, who would this lady be and why did she go to LE with Hoover?

Just my thoughts, but I believe somehow Dom got his hands on the satellite photo, ZOOOMED in on a wooded area, with what was perhaps the white Sunfire tucked in the woods at Suburban in June of 2008. (Thanks to our friend Luke ). They all knew!

If Luke could get the picture of the car, then so could LE as the FBI is in on the case. If they had a picture of what looked like KC's car from the June 2008 timeframe, they would have zoned into that area now that I think about it.

I tried to search the forum for discussion about Pontiac Sunfire sightings, but didn't come up with anything. I remember a discussion (tip) about someone seeing a woman with a hat and a shovel further out (I think where GA was observed starring into the woods) but that didn't come up in my search either.

Do you think LE would have access to this same technology when the FBI is involved?

I doubt OCSO had those capabilities. FBI, yes. But, they were all pretty convinced they had the perp anyway by then (Oct-Nov ). The pings were released when? Because that's when I think Luke put two and two together.

There are several things troubling me about Dominic giving this google earth map with pushpins on the EXACT SPOT - "Location on Suburban Drive" where Caylee was found on the EVENING of Nov. 15, 2008 - the same day that Dominic was poking around in the woods in the MORNING.

- Dominic gave the google map to Luke - not the other way around
- Ginny gave her psychic "impressions" to Luke - who passed them on to Dominic on MANY different
theories - Dominic did not take pictures at ANY other locations - only on Suburban Dr.
- There are NO emails from either Ginny to Luke .... or Luke to Dominic .... specifically describing
any directions or psychic impressions leading to that EXACT SPOT on Suburban Dr - NONE
- The "Abandoned House" that Dominic's google map points near- is at "8718" Brackenwood --
while the addresses that Ginny and Luke told Dominic to "watch" were at 8725 and 8726 Brackenwood

Unless the State Attorneys removed some of the emails between Dominic - Ginny - Luke .... there is nothing supporting Dominic's claim that Ginny the psychic led him to Suburban - and that Ginny helped Dominic CREATE that Google Earth map with the pushpin on "Location on Suburban Dr" marking the EXACT SPOT - if it is true ... they should be able to prove it with emails.

This is a wonderful compilation of the info shared! And it certainly leads us to believe that DC was getting the info on Suburban from some source other than Luke and Ginette (one of the Anthonys?). Except we can't dismiss the possibility that DC and Luke and/or Ginette were also communicating with him via phone (which we would have no record of at this point). If they were communicating via phone and DC found the body he obviously did not share this info with them as is obvious through their subsequent emails.
There is just so much deception between all the players that it is next to impossible to separate fact from fiction, huh?

They could have talked by phone about the "Location on Suburban Drive" ... but they talked in EMAILS about the other pushpin location of "Abandoned House" on Brackenwood, with details as to specific house numbers to look at ..... (but, Luke and Ginny did not use the words "abandoned house" on Brackenwood in emails. They gave him specific addresses on Brackenwoods, associated with specific owner NAMES - not abandoned property. "Abandoned house" is Dominic's terminology for the pushpin location on Brackenwood.

Why not discuss the "Suburban Dr" location in detail in emails also? Why not discuss the Suburban Dr location AFTER Dominic's map was given to Luke, and in later discussion by email? Why no mention at all of the "Location on Suburban Dr" in emails?

What gets me is the "Location on Suburban Dr" that Dominic marked with a pushpin is not a generalized area ... it is specifically ON THE SPOT where Caylee was found.

Do we have any ping maps that point directly to the exact spot where Caylee was found?

I think maybe Hoover did want someone other than the Anthonys (TES) to go check out that tip and that area. The ANTHONYS are the ones who got the tip from the young girl in the neighborhood ... and that means Dominic knew about this tip ... and Hoover knew about the tip and told TES about it. That means the State Attorneys would have questioned the Anthonys and/or Dominic and/or Hoover about the girl's identity and probably already interviewed the young girl. If she is a minor - there may be laws about sealing her testimony or something? I don't know?
