I wish the experts knew the case as well as we do. RK did not relieve himself behind the school. Grrrrr.
I have a question.
What if RK did get the info from his GF?
Play along with me.
What difference would it make, except that he got the info indirectly from Baez or Casey. He still found her and bless him for that. Baez certainly has gone after this man to paint him in a light that is unfavorable.
Not saying it happened. I have thought it odd though that so many people showed up at the same site so many different times.
I don't doubt that he didn't, but he says he did - at least twice.
Why are you sure he didn't? Just curious because I haven't heard anybody say that they're sure he didn't before.
Oh are you saying they are reporting the wrong location not that he never relieved himself as his story goes?
I don't think he was behind the school.
BBM - I actually find the exact opposite about Janie W. Let me preface this by saying I don't put much faith in the Dr. Glass body language nonsense, I equate it much to astrology which I don't equate to anything but quackery -- but .. If you actually watch Janie, she has a tendency to do a few things which make me question her sklls. After she finishes speaking, she has a weird-eyed smile on and she tightens her chin down into her throat. I do this myself when I say something that I'm not completely convinced of is true right after I've said it. Also, she will say something low and under her breath while somebody else is talking and sit there hoping she's not called out for it, I do this too and when nobody says "what did you say", i walk away with the feeling that I DID debate it but nobody heard me. It's a false way of soothing myself that I did everything to get my point across, when really, it was deliberately said under my breath so nobody could actually catch me not knowing what I was saying. I think she comes across as somebody with no self-confidence, like me.

Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell Tonight -- "Casey Anthony: Tale of the Tapes"! Shocking revelations, bone-chilling 911 calls and jaw-dropping admissions... all caught on tape! Are the recordings incriminating enough to get the allegedly murderous mom convicted of killing her 2-year-old daughter and sentenced to death? Or does Casey's defense dream team have a surprise strategy? You don't want to miss it!
what is left to say is what i wanna know :waitasec:

LP is just ticked off that RK took his spotlight away from ending up the hero of finding Caylee. As well, there is the reward money aspect that LP flaunted to the media then quietly went back on, and people blasted him about not paying up. That is when all of the 10,001 daisy-chain theories about RK started flowing from LP's mouth on NG's show... which I theorize as being LPs way of trying to dim RK's spotlight and justify not putting forth the money he so claimed he was going to do.
LP has tried to make RK's life hell, in the media, and NG & JVM are guilty of letting him use their show as his platform. I will never understand how LP could go from putting his wrath on Casey, to putting it all on RK. LP keeps focused on RK, like he is the devil in details of this sad case... it's wrong.
Wrong location from what I understand. Janey W made it sound like he was in or behind the schoolyard taking a leak. Caylee wasn't found behind the school. It sounded way more salacious than it was, like he was exposing himself which he wasn't.
If he says he relieved himself I believe him. If I lived in Orlando or worked near Hopespring Dr and had time to poke around searching for Caylee, I would have and reported anything I thought was important too. I don't find it odd at all Kronk would either. Heck we've been obsessed here, first searching now seeking justice. We should invite the guy to be a member here IMO.
bbmYou are so right. I remember when RK found Caylee. LP went on Nancy Grace and she asked him about the reward, and LP said that he had withdrawn it a long time ago, and besides to get the reward the finder was suppose to call his hotline and RK had called the police instead. Nancy Grace, and it seems everyone one else, has let LP get away with his lame excuse.
That was bad enough but ever since the LP has spewed lies right and left about RK -doing everything he could to destroy RK all because of the fact that in reality LP does owe RK a reward.. I watched when LP offered it, and I was following everything I could get hold of about this case and if he had withdrawn the reward – he did so out of anyone’s hearing.
OMG... what conditions! That sounds like some kind of employee rights violation. I'm, of course, referring to setting up a job shift with time constraints such that one cannot relieve themselves in facilities and is forced to, well, in essence - expose themselves outdoors. (Not that anyone is there to see it, but it's the principle right?) And are there any female meter readers? *shudder* Additionally, isnt public urination illegal? Not challenging your post at all. Im just shocked that an employer can get away with treating its employees in such a manner.I totally agree with you. And Janey W. has a habit of getting things not-quite-right. But JVM never calls her out on her misinformation. JVM and staff don't read released evidence nor double check their info. My son was a meter reader and he has gone to the bathroom in the woods. He had a route, "x" number of meters to read by end of his shift. He couldn't, because of the time element, leave the route to go to a convenience store to use the bathroom. Also, they jump fences and cut through woods and across creeks -whatever, in order to get to the next house. IMO Kronk is one of the "good guys"
And if I lived in Orlando, you would have seen me following you around looking for Caylee too.

Wow that sounds like it should be illegal or something. "Whoever finds a body, call me instead of the police and I'll give you money - only I'll call it, 'reward.' "
WTH?
That has tampered with evidence written all over it; Im not a lawyer, but yikes.

Any employer that has it's employees working a fixed service route in a residential area has this issue. No one complains or complains "employee rights violations" simply because pretty much any employer that has employees in this situation is either a government sponsored monopoly utility, or the government itself. Power company, gas company, water district, US Postal Service, etc. Heck if you really want to see how few rights you have with regards to "taking a leak" at work, look into working for a railroad. Some form of porta john available in the cab or the engine is a very very recent thing. It is still technically legal for a railroad to make it staff either use a bucket, or a hole in the floor out to the tracks. scary no?
