I think Cindy is more than a witness. She has tampered with evidence, lied, and tried to involve any innocent person she can to try to deflect blame away from her daughter. Look how she has gone after the Grunds, Casey's friends, Roy Kronk. The list is endless.
In spite of what she tried to get rid of in the car, there was still enough forensic evidence there to show that Caylee's body had been in the trunk. The washing of the clothes, getting rid of the washing machine. . . . blah blah
In terms of TES, she initially hired Tim Miller. As her attorney, he had every right to view those files IMO.
She just did not want him searching for a "dead" Caylee. Her preventing Casey from showing him where to look on the map for the remains is absolutely chilling.(QUOTE snipped for space)
Yes, yes, I agree Celticthyme, but you may have misunderstood what I was saying. Take it from the court's point of view or the States Attorney's office, as far as prosecuting ICA for the murder of Caylee Anthony, Cindy will be a bit player in the hearings and trial as to the evidence against ICA. We and the media have been forced to witness and document Cindy's actions, but from a legal point of view in the trial against ICA - Cindy is just spitting in the wind.
