It's mind-boggling to think that in the short space of 24 hours the Anthony defense team has gone into meltdown...............

On Monday, Brad Conway resigned because the defense filed a motion earlier this month that contains untrue allegations involving him, and that makes him a witness to an inaccurate legal pleading filed in court. Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, filed that motion in which he made false allegations about Brad Conway's dealings with Texas EquaSearch.

On Monday, Jose Baez and Cheney Mason held a press conference, in which they appear to cast blame on Texas EquaSearch and the prosecution claiming they were denied access to records. This was clearly an attempt to garner sympathy for the defense from the future jury pool. Baez and Mason are openly lying to the public by misrepresenting what's happened!

On Monday, Tim Miller, founder of Texas EquaSearch gave an interview in which he states he'll never go to Florida again, and further states that the Anthonys are the most cold-blooded people he's ever met.

I have the utmost respect for Tim Miller! He's dedicated to helping families of missing people find their loved one. I've seen his efforts in other cases, and he's got an excellent success rate. But, over and above success is Tim's compassion for people. For Tim to say that the Anthonys are the most cold-blooded people he's ever met...............says a lot!

I don't blame Tim for being very angry with the Anthonys and with the underhanded tactics of the defense team. He's been terribly abused by them.

The Anthonys and Jose Baez have done nothing but incite the public's anger from the very beginning, with their lies and greed. Baez and the Anthonys are cut from the same cloth.......both with an eye to making financial profit from the death of a child. Baez should be sanctioned for his unethical tactics, and the Anthonys should be charged for tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice.

I suppose it's possible they are still investigating the A's and won't charge them until the investigation is over but at the rate the A's are going that investigation may never end. It might be that they are still uncovering a lot of stuff in regards to all of that stuff. When this is all over CA and JB and CM need to get some sort of penalty for their crimes. JMO

Tim Miller is 100% honest and has credibility imo. I believe everything he says and I hope he's a witness. People should watch this interview when they have doubts about the Anthonys honesty, etc. They wasted thousands of hours of search time and millions of dollars for nothing but to defend a murderer.

If somebody asked me what color the sky is and CA was on my left and said blue and TM was on my right and said purple with green wavy lines. I'd turn to the person and say I't's purple with green wavy lines. I just wouldn't be able to put any stock into anything she told me. JMO

I really loved watching this interview with Tim Miller. (He also has the most beautiful blue eyes) His indignation and disgust with the whole Anthony family is so heartfelt. He will make a great witness for the prosecution. The world needs more people like TM.

He cares about these missing children and he cared about Caylee.

Well, the lawyers for Casey can just look at the records from the people who searched there to see it was under water. The landowner can also testify to this. I know what they are up to, I just can't see how anyone saying it wasn't underwater is going to have any affect on the key issues at hand.

I do not physically anger. I haven't been in a fight since I was 5 years old but man this defense has me physically angry. The wake of damaged innocents is just sickening. There is almost no chance of KC being found innocent and yet they are willing to hurt anyone in an effort to make that 1% chance happen. They've now damaged the abilities of future missing children due to their disgusting behavior.

GA knew she was dead but CA wanted to use TES for her own little story and not the real story. Thanks CA, I hope that every missing child that TES looks for in the future weighs heavily on your mind. I hope you think about how many volunteers didn't come because of your outrageous behavior.

The A's, IIRC, claim to be born again. The problem is if you go back to the same deplorable lifestyle after being born again it doesn't help. IMO, it probably angers God more. So CA if you truly want forgiveness then confess your sins and stop doing the same sins over and over. I fear it's too late for you with all of the damage you've allowed to happen, but your best chance is to come clean publicly about what you've done wrong and actively working to correct the damage you've caused to sooooo many innocents. God already knows everything and you're insulting him by doing what you've been doing.

He said there were 3 boxes of records. CM said they were allowed to look at 2, iirc.

He said that the 3rd box is all receipts from the bills that were paid while they were searching for Caylee. He also said that the defense didn't want to see those or weren't interested in those. They spent thousands of dollars and didn't get so much as a "thank you" from the Anthonys.

Yes one of the ways the Anthonys abuse people is with threats to withhold "exclusives" and interviews. Anything they can use will become a weapon to use against people to try to control them.

As we saw on the day of Casey's indictment, when Casey and Cindy were "on the run"?

After Casey was removed from her car, she slammed the car into park at a stop light, and ran back to the FOX van that was following her, and told Holly B that she would NEVER have another EXCLUSIVE with them, AGAIN.
All caught on the rolling, live tape that was boradcast real-time.

He seems to have aged a lot over the past year or two. I know he was sick and wasn't his wife real ill not to long ago? This man gives everything he has to give to help others and then he has the bad luck to come in contact with the Anthonys. Thank God most people really appreciate all of the help that they can get. Not the Anthonys! Pitiful isn't it!

People like the Anthonys are few and far between. I hope Tim changes his mind because there are a lot of people in Florida and it seems that it is a hot bed for crime. It wasn't the state...it was one family in it.

I love how Tim Miller isn't scared to say what's right. I feel awful that he has been so disrespected by this family. I hope he really doesn't mean that he will never come back to Florida. Why can't we just send the Anthony's back up to Ohio? There should be laws that we can deport people back to their original state.

I also can't help but be proud of all the young people, who have so viciously been attacked by this family, for their restraint. It has got to be so hard for them. They obviously have great representation that they LISTEN to.
