But...think about it...TES not coming to Florida would only benefit her Foundation and KFN. I feel sorry for the citizens of Florida if TES is no longer an option...and THEY are!

I can sure understand Tim Miller's reason for not ever wanting to step foot into Florida again.
If I were in his shoes, I'm sure that I would feel the same way.

But, you have brought up an excellant point.
If he doesn't go, then, anyone that has an interest in donating to missing children, that do not know the things that we that are following this case do, will indeed benefit.
That is shamefull also.

I have grandchildren in Florida, and God forbid, should anything ever happen to those 2, I would want Tim Miller on the case, STAT.
They have taken that away from not only me, but the millions of citizens of the state of Florida, and many of you members that live there, or have grandchildren there. {or adults for that matter}

For TM to sit there and tell how he has had to turn down 25 cases, with tears so close to falling from his eyes ~
His gut was tore out.
Tore out, stomped on and ripped to bits over this.

Yes, he will be happy when this is over, and hopefully, when he see's that justice WILL be done, he will change his mind ~

The citizens and children of Florida need this caring man.

One more thing, in regards to Tim calling off the search on Suburban Drive.

Remember how freaked out Cindy became when Tim announced that they were making plans to grid and search that area?
She went into orbit.
Then, Tim called off the search because of the ground conditions, BUT, he also ended up quitting either that day, or the next.

He then decided basically, to h*ll with the Anthony's, and that he would return.
When he did return, Cindy once again started kicking and screaming.

I think that on one hand, we can be gratefull that TM or his volunteers DID NOT find Caylee during any of their time there.
I have no doubt that the Anthony's would have pointed the finger at his organization, and LE to further her claim of Casey being setup.

If there were 4,000 files in just two file boxes the files can't be very big, one, two pieces of paper. Someone from NYC who searched out by the airport could be passed over, etc. so how long can it really take. Not like they would have to read every one of them...... jmo

I just watched the interview. I am completely heartsick for Tim Miller.

Since we dont know who or what will air this interview..

i just did the next best thing and pushed that ole SHARE BUTTON on Facebook

let the avalanche begin

Where is that Peter what ever his name is that supposedly helped with Casey's bail...??? the 2nd time...(never did figure out his involvement)
Get him to donate to Tim's organization and know he is at least giving to a HONEST person...sorry can't think of that guys name..anyone????

He said that the 3rd box is all receipts from the bills that were paid while they were searching for Caylee. He also said that the defense didn't want to see those or weren't interested in those. They spent thousands of dollars and didn't get so much as a "thank you" from the Anthonys.

See, that is what just kills me! The Anthony's have never ONCE said "thank you" to any of the people that searched for Caylee.

They turn around and accuse Tim Miller of stealing money???? WTH? What was CA talking about on that voice mail message when she accuses TM of stealing money from a collection jar?

Cindy pretending to be so "threatening" but saying she is "not threatening" TM. Puh...leeze!!! She even told TM not to go up against her because she will win! Just who in the hell do these people think they are???:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Tim Miller, you will be receiving a donation from me in the next few days! I hope my fellow WSers will join me in donating money to Texas Equusearch!

I said this before...somewhere...but if it can be proven that CA brought TM to Orlando under false pretenses, I hope he sues and recoups the money. It would also serve as a lesson to others that you can't use people to further your own agenda.

Dan ~ Sorry, no, I have no idea where that video was, or, if it was even kept.

It was with FOX Orlando though, and she specifically called Holly out by name.
While the camera was running, and Cindy was on her way back to the van, you could hear the occupants of the van, "she's coming back here! oh my God, she is coming back here, get the camera focused!".
There was lots of hurried hands and the camera panning all over getting things set up they were so shocked at what she was doing.

Cindy wasted no time ~
She marched back to the van, stuck her head and finger in and called Holly out on it.

Someone else has to remember seeing that exchange.

Then, it was not to long after that, that Holly DID have a pre-taped interview/"exclusive" with Cindy that was aired.
That one was about an hour long, and I have looked all over for that one to no avail.
I think that it was taped a day or 2 before the grand jury hearing. It was in an outside setting, like a park. They were sitting under a wooden gazebo type thing ~

Does anyone remember that one??
Cindy was VERY mellow in that one, and, she had me actually feeling sorry for her, and was "this close" to believable.
In that interview, Holly asked her what she missed about Caylee and Cindy's reply was that she missed and loved how Caylee would take her little hands, put them up to Cindy's cheeks and squeeze them together, and, tell her, "It'dll be awright CeCe, it'dll be awright".

At the time, I thought how sad ~ WHAT could a 2 and half year old have seen in that house that she had to reassure the grandmother that it would be alright????
That brought tears to my eyes......
Does anyone remember that interview??
I wish that I could find it again, but it seemed to have disappeared shortly after airing ~

Is she even keeping score for herself anymore? I can't think of one battle she's won yet. In fact it seems that every time she goes to battle she loses another man. JMO

I can understand TM's reluctance to return to Florida although I hope he will re-consider.

Fool me once, shame on you ... Casey and the A's

Fool me twice, shame on me ... Misty and Ron.

It is tough to ignore those engaged in a cover-up especially when Caylee and HaLeigh were at stake.

Thank God for TES and TM.

I'm sure Tim's disgust for the Anthony's and ICA's defense team is echoed all the way from LE up to the SA! Can you just imagine what the trial in 2011 will be like? The animosity will continue to grow on both sides and who knows how many others the defense will attempt to "body slam" by then. The defense will still be trying to get a delay and the prosecutors and witness's like TM will be chomping at the bit to get started!!
Justice for Caylee is coming and so is a day of reckoning for those who have tried to deny her that justice!!:furious:

I cannot imagine waking up every day or going to sleep every night being such a person as these people are. The antics of the defense are beyond sickening. They are vile people.

O.K. NBC, ABC, OR CBS...why don't u Interview Tim MILLER...The truth would hurt wouldn't it since you all coddle the "A"s..This interview should go NATIONAL>...

Yes, why isn't it? All the media likes is ugly, I guess. Tim Miller is a saint. His eyes say it all. Haunted by a grief for his beloved daughter so profound that it will never end until the day he dies, instead of offing himself or wallowing in his misery, he puts ALL of his energies into trying as hard as he can to spare someone else what he went through. This man is an angel from heaven and anyone who dares to slam him or his organization is sick, in my book. I hope the media does a story or two on him so everyone can see what vipers the defense are to go after what is the equivalent of a Mother Theresa.

I wonder if Morgan and Morgan would be up for that..

I do remember the videos you are talking about. Here's what I could find (I'm sure there's better ones out there though.)

At 0:55 in this one Cindy knocks on the window of the media van following her. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZwDxjXGxCI&playnext=1&videos=MNig8cyja1c[/ame]

And the lengthy "exclusive" with Holly was either the day before or the morning of the grand jury indictment. Here it is in 5 short parts but I'm not sure this is the whole interview. Here's part 1: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pd7UpcPA0eM[/ame]
