Yeah, I would really like to know who they were watching also. Was he saying this to deflect from the fact that they knew there was no nanny, or were they really watching someone? Obviously the people they were watching didn't have Caylee (because she was already deceased).

BBM

Was the drum set at Ricardo's or TonE's place? I thought it was Ricardo's?

Yeah maybe it was Ricardo's.

I sure would like to see the Ants now answer to some of their early statements. Did KC really even tell CA all those things about Zanny? The gifts, the travels, sleeping over - or did CA make most of it up or exaggerate from smaller story? How GA and CA can continue to stand by KC in light of all the lies I don't understand. KC's refusal to cooperate with TES, her nonsense stories about working and traveling, etc. Have GA and CA even accepted the fact that KD DID NOT HAVE A JOB? Have they accepted that she lied and lied and lied every single time she walked out the door to go to work?

Tim Miller was speaking from the heart and yes he was , well frankly , pissed off. He is angry on behalf of the good people that come to volunteer. Imagine you have been working over time , you have been saving your money, you thought you'd take a vacation or do some work your home needs. You see Caylee is missing story on the news and she reminds you of a child you know or love and just steals your heart. You find yourself praying for her that evening with your family at the dinner table. You make the decision to try to help, so you use your own money, fly to Florida, get a hotel room and go to the command center in your boots, old blue jeans, armed with a hat, bug spray, a fanny pack you still had from the eighties, meet the team you'll be with all day until it gets dark, these will be your best friends all day long. One of the folks signs you up, you answer all the questions just going down the page, top to bottom, left to right anxious and hopeful to get started looking for this beautiful child of God. You turn in the donation you had asked your family , co-workers and church members to give, some of them gave more, some only had a dollar, some of the kids gave change, but they all gave anonymously with innocent, pure hearts, as Americans have done throughout history,
Now imagine that those friends and neighbors from the church are all going to be investigated, thoroughly, to see what sins or mistakes they made in the past, if they have a record, if a child was ever a source of a custody fight and why, you name it. These are the best people you know, and now they are going to be under intense scrutiny and you feel guilty;big time, because, you are the one who asked for their help.It is being demanded you hand over their names, addresses , cell phone numbers and possibly social security numbers. What the hell? How could you do that, you are thinking and pacing.

You are damn straight Mr. Miller is a bear protecting his cubs. He knows that not only are they going to be investigated, but indeed one or more of them is going to be hung out to dry as only this defense team and mom and pop Anthony can do. In my opinion, they have made implications, blamed others for the kidnapping and likely murder Caylee, hello....a felony that if she were to be believed would have poor Jesse Grund , or Richard Kronk facing a trial and possible death penalty right now.

He was animated. I am ok with that. No hero since Biblical times has been a soft spoken person without emotions, save and except Mother Teresa, but we never saw her defend her fellow nuns who were being attacked. That doesn't take away my affinity for him. I admire him even more for being all too human. I am going to pay pal now to donate, even if it is nominal like the child putting his quarters he was saving for the gumball machine in the offering at church.

We have to remember how Texas Equusearch was founded. Mr. Miller's daughter was missing and found murdered. He, his wife, his family and lifetime friends decided to help other families in their situation, so they volunteered their time and hard work. It inspired others to help. They have done over a thousand searches, and during them all, NEVER have they been treated as poorly as they have by the Anthonys. NEVER.
I stand with Mr. Miller. I am pissed off too!!!!:furious:

I just logged on the TES site.
Wow! How humbling!
Let's each give five dollars, we have thousands who read here from across the world. It will matter!

URGENT NEED OF IMMEDIATE DONATIONS
URGENT NEED OF IMMEDIATE DONATIONS

Posted on 13. Aug, 2010 by smckinney.

"We have been very extremely busy with searches this year. We recently recovered our 118th victim, and we have brought over 300 people home alive. Requests for our assistance have increased, but our donations are at an all-time low. In today’s economy, it is very difficult for people to pay their own bills, much less donate to charity. Nevertheless, we are in need of immediate cash flow/donations in order to sustain our operations. We want to be able to continue to help families find their loved ones, but it is becoming increasingly difficult with the current state of our funding. If everyone who reads this would donate $1.00, $5.00 or any other amount you can, it will help ensure that we will not have to tell a family we cannot help them because of our finances. Tim Miller made a promise to his daughter, Laura, that he would never leave a family alone. Therefore, we ask you to donate anything you can. Please pass this on to your friends and family. Remember –

“LOST IS NOT ALONE”

Donate To TES

When making a donation through PayPal, enter the amount of your donation, then you MUST CLICK "UPDATE TOTAL" at the bottom right-hand corner of the simulated check before proceeding with donation. I'm kinda thinking she would love to be in jail---the cell next door to her bff ICA.....wouldn't that be fun!!! almost like a slumber party -- only with bars and NO CONTACT....she lives in a different reality of her own creation....I understand a mothers devotion but she is determined to take it one step further...I'm waiting for the ground to let loose---she makes no sense in any of her ramblings---never has---the only time she has spoke the truth was that 911 phone call "found the car today and smells like a dead body in the damn car"----after that it has been cover up and move along...

I have envisioned Cindy being in jail right along with Casey. I see Cindy yelling through the vents

"Casey? Casey Sweetheart? I'm here. It's mommy... your best friend's here. Sweetheart? Can you hear me? Casey? Casey? Casey?"

No answer from Casey.

A smile always comes across my face when I think of this happening.

TWA the thanks button was not enough here my friend!!!!! Bravo!!!!

I am going to ask all my Facebook friends to join me in donating to Texas Equusearch!!!! Let's spread the word and help Tim get the donations that his organization so deeply deserves!!!!

What a great idea!!! If we all put that up on our facebooks all of our friends and families will help. I trust that!!! Wonderful idea!!!

God bless TES, all of our members who volunteered and donated and all of you who prayed!

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kg231BJ-rk[/ame] The high tech research boat , Persistence, in action. Watch Mr. Miller's soft blue eyes and weather beaten face filled with determination. ( They are working on another case, I am showing it to show us some of what they do. )
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qK95qsXq6Q[/ame] Here he is very sad and describes "Chest mains to an extreme. How many times can I take this?" He is having to call the family and tell them the search did not find anything on this day. "It is a wonder I haven't had a heart attack and died", Mr. Miller answered to the reporters question of how hard is it to make these calls.

"They represent heroes to me! ", Dave Holloway says

Here this volunteer explains, "We all realize how much these grandparents love her and the baby needs to come home".

In the words of Mr. Kronk, "I kept calling because it was the right thing to do. The child deserves a proper burial".

For Mr. and Mrs. Miller with love, and big, huge Texas sized hugs!!!!

For all of you who donate!

BBM:
You are kidding right? Tim Miller has the right to express his anger & frustration at the entire Anthony family for the way they treated him, cost his organization $108,000+ and then proceeded to insinuate that TM stole money? :furious::furious::furious:

IMO his words will NOT be counterproductive to his organization! Just look at how many people here at WS are willing to donate money to him NOW!!!!

So if he "is heroic on many levels" to you, how can you in good faith express this opinion of Tim Miller? :waitasec::waitasec::waitasec:

Tim Miller does have a right to express himself, as do we all. I think taking up for the volunteers in response to the defense's shenaningans is a worthy conversation for a public interview. It's when his personal feelings about the A's or their former attorneys become public consumption that I wish he would let discretion become the better part of valor. And to me, valiant he is. Not all my heros are flawless.

Although you're asking the mods, I'll throw in my 2 cents.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has a charity section on their web site. They keep a list of charities they look into and you can view the list at the web site below. If you don't see a charity you're looking for on the list, hit the 'INQUIRE' button and they'll check it out for you. The BBB wants their list to be as comprehensive as possible so they welcome requests to get information on charities.

A clip from their site:

"We will forward you any information we have on file about the organization. Even if we do not have information your inquiry helps us generate evaluations, since we decide which charities to evaluate based upon inquiries from the public."

Here's the Texas EquuSearch page.

They don't have KFN

This thread makes me really miss Friday. :(

And Tim Miller is an angel on earth. Shame on the Anthony family for treating him like they have!

I agree, God bless Friday wherever she or he is. What a beautiful, generous, smart, inspiration. Friday is dearly missed here.

Here is the vile phone call Tim is speaking of from mom:

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ll7W9QRGo9Y[/ame]

Damn straight he is angry! It is shameful, Talison, you are so right....and in the words of Mark Nejame "I am being overly generous in my characterization".

I wonder if the organization that put their name on the donated "search boat" to KF and George, and who funded the Memorial, and who donated more monies to the Anthonys will donate to TES (again - they donated once before)?

Not much, but just donated $25 to Texas EquuSearch. Tim has every darn right to be angry at the blatant misuse of resources the Anthony Family caused!

The World According....

I just donated to Texas Equusearch and also posted a link to their organization on my Facebook page!!!

I asked all my FB friends to donate whatever they could afford to help TES!!!

Hopefully donations will pour in to TES and Tim Miller will see that we WANT him to speak the truth about the Anthony case, whether it is in his vitriolic opinion or not!

I see nothing wrong or inappropriate with righteous anger or moral outrage. At least he's not glib, duplicitous, mean-spirited, slanderous and corrupting. There is a season to everything, and maybe this is the time to break the silence. The As and the defence have had their evil way for too long. If no one makes a stand, it's akin to condoning the lies. His comments are refreshing and far more convincing than that cesspool of vitriol and mendaciousness that spews from the mouths of the As and the defence.

and who increased the reward money for Caylee's safe return by $ 100,000 ....

Sorry to side track..but how is Georgann Miller, Tim Miller's wife that was diagnosed with bone cancer in February, 2010?

Thank God Tim is protecting as much information on the searchers as possible
.
After having our identity stolen from information just like that is on the forms, we wish everyone would be so vigilant with our information
.
After seeing what kind of stories were spun and information used and distorted by Baez and his team of investigators etc, the last place I would want my personal identifying info (DL#, Auto, Plate #, phone #, address)information to land is on Baez or Mason's desks. Identity thieves can get everything about you from that info and start getting credit in your name. It happened without us knowing. The police caught the guy with 6 credit cards in our name..credit cards we didn't even have. He had been using our identity for 2 years and we didn't know (He had taken out new loans, cards etc and had bills sent to his address, so we never knew)

So to allow Baez to photocopy 4000 searchers information is an invasion of privacy. Who knows what he would do with it. When he was thru destroying them in court room someone could sell that information to identity thieves for a pretty penny.

But I am not sure what defenseactually is able to do now. Sounds like the only change is he can take take notes now and have a pen/pencil and that the Baez news conference was just to distract from the fact that they didn't really get permission to grab all info on all searchers.

Has the ruling of Judge Perry been published?

I have to agree with you ~ This is a man that first of all, lost his own daughter and lives with that heart ripping pain every day that he wakes, and every night before he closes his eyes.

Every single search that he goes out, is also a constant reminder of his loss.

He put this organization together in his daughter's memory, and, everytime he is slammed, or, this organization, it is in essence, slamming his daughter just as it slams him, IMO.

Tim Miller has been silent ~ He did take the high road, all the while Cindy took every opportunity to slander and cut him down to the quick.
And, yet, he remained silent ~
While he was treated lower than whale 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on the bottom of the oceon, he still remained dignified and silent by most accounts.

A person can only take so much ~
Your integrity and honesty can only withstand so much, when, your very life's path and livelihood is dependant on those very things.

Yes, he is pizzed, with every right ~
He sits at his desk, answering calls from people that are hysterical and pleading for his help, and, he has to turn them down ~
He then has the added burden of that pain, on top of the pain that he lives with on a daily basis to begin with ~

When this is over, I so HOPE that he can go after The Anthony's for his time and losses.
If Casey is proven guilty, then, it should open that door for him that his "help" was not needed to begin with.
It was a ruse, and a ruse that Cindy orchestrated, and though she only did it out of pressure and for public appearances, it was a ruse non the less.
Casey could have marked the "X", if what we believe to be is true ~

The "RunAway Bride" was made to repay expenses for her "search & rescue" when it was all said and done.

Tim Miller is entitled to repayment and restitution for his time and trouble.
And, if he feels the need to let off some steam, so be it.
He is protecting the names of the volunteers, and of future volunteers that his agency NEEDS and DEPENDS on ~

Again, the Thanks button was not nearly enough for this heartfelt post!!! Thank you PurpleIris!

When I watch these clips of Tim Miller, you can see the pain in his eyes and face. His pain is palpable. My heart & prayers go out to Tim Miller and his dear wife.

May God bless you Tim, comfort you, guide you and lift you up with strength and courage!

Wow. Thank you. Unfortunately there have been many others since Caylee and the need is ongoing!!! . All these little babies turning up missing and dead from campgrounds, their front yards, in their neighborhood parks I cannot imagine. Thank God for people like Mr. Miler that will answer a family's call for help.

Thank you to all of you for donating. I let Levi, Steph and Hal know, I put it on my facebook page. If any of you blog anywhere please put it there too. We don't realize how many people we can reach just by one little link. A TES member said that they are very appreciative we are trying to help.

Good job!!!
