so far Brad seems honest in what he is saying

BC - Was Caylee's body there in August as R Kronk says? The important question is.

  • #23
The reaction to his resignation has been good, that he was honorable and maintained his integrity. Having to leave after 19 months and 1000's of hours is hard, especially because of an ethical issue.

  • #24
He would provide any assistance to the A's as he was asked to. They have his support and assistance as long as he is able to.

  • #25
So getting out was an ethical decision, but being involved with George and Cindy was also ethical? It's kind of like being an attorney for the mob, imo. ;)

thank you nums24 for writting what is being said....its so hard for me to listen and write at the same time....plus...im a really bad speller :)

  • #27
BC - says CA did not have plastic surgery

No big deal for the Anthonys to make money b/c everyone is making money off of this.

Um...hello. I thought NBC was a business and the Anthonys were grieving grandparents.

Sorry, I don't like this attitude about the money.

Aussie!! Most people down here don't know anything about this case.

Dr. Garavalgia's autopsy report said around the skull, right?

  • #32
LOL.. is that you?

NO...I'm at work trying to hide my screen from my co-workers and look like I'm working!!

Caller from Australia - fascinated with the Sunshine Law access, many follow it there.

Asking for Valhall the Hinky Meter - Whol told him to say there was no duct tape on the skull?

BC - information coming out was not clear, the reports were/are difficult to read. Common says says that decomposition at that stage would indicate could not stay on Caylee.

Caller says autopsy says that tape was attached to the mandible and had to be cut away.

BC - Says wait for the trial and LISTEN to testimony, they will be clear, rather than drawing a judgement from discovery.

BC - It's what we don't know that's going to make this case.

The defense is not obligated to put a defense on, they may or may not.

State will not put on all 200 witnesses.

Caller says BC is to be respected for his loyalty and commitment to the A's.

BC - Case was pro bono, received no money.

  • #35
The misperception about him is that A's took all of his time. His caseload is down from 12 cases a month to 5-6 a month.

He was expecting a 6 month commitment, but he would stay as long as needed.

poor anthony's...not.

Chance for plea deal lost....and is Baez going to be the Defense lawyer.....and he's not answering that ONE!! What does BC / Steph know that we don't?

  • #38
Talking about protestors, his first goal was to get media off their lawn. Focus media on stories that existed rather than stories that did not.

BC says this will go to trial, defense has too much invested to step away at this point.

Will JB take this to trial? BC says he will take the high road and not answer.

Watts says he surprised JB is still on the case, talking about brokering the network licensing deal.

BC speaking in general terms really depends on the conditions was negotiated in the deal. ie made for tv movie contigent on this going to trial. JB won't be disbarred about the deal, bar investigated already.

BC expects Mason to take the lead in the case.

Talking about CM saying that KC was guilty before coming in to the team

Lawyers statements to the press not allowed into trial

So Brad obviously thinks Baez is a lousy joke of a lawyer (without saying it directly)..so I guess we know exactly how the A's feel about him to now.
