It is simply amazing and shameful that Baez is even practicing law. It truly is amazing. Someone has GOT to look into this guy. He has shown us with every action that he is in it for money and fame and notoriety. Just shameful and disgusting. Good for Nejame for having some common sense.

Baez lacks scruples. He is the lawyer version of whom I like to refer to as Doctor Drug Dealer. This is a doctor who masquerades as a physician when his primary function is being a LEGAL drug dealer...Baez is the legal equivalent. He cares nothing for honor, dignity, respect...oh yeah, and the LAW!

Also, good for Mr. Nejame...If it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck...then call it a duck...A little more outspoken truth and a little less political correctness might actual solve some of the issues in our society. I am amazed the man has waited this long to say something...I bet he screams into his pillow every morning that he knows he may encounter Mr. Baez just to get through it. NeJame is an attorney...Baez is a joke...and not a funny one either.

JB is just a child who gets great delight and satisfaction out of poking at his competition and gaining a response/effect.

The challenge is not to be 'baited' by these children who stir the pot. Don't get emotional because that's what they want, both to get you off your game but also to poke at you. Just like ICA JB has a strong streak of spite. If he cannot win professionally he resorts to 'baiting'.

MN made an accurate and deserved observation about JB but needs to maintain his professionalism and not stoop to JB's level ... you cannot go any lower than the lowest.

I don't believe stating the truth CAN get you dirty. The truth is pure, and it NEEDS to be told...and sometimes? The truth hurts...but it doesn't "soil" you...it actually cleanses you to be honest and to say what is true. I am with NeJame on this one. SOMEONE needs to speak up because a completely incompetent man is masquerading as a lawyer and someone needs to stop him.

True, and I would normally agree with you about "rising above"..
But I also believe there are times when rising above needs to takes a back seat and a person needs to fight fire with fire and not let another walk all over them.

According to the WESH article, Mr. NeJame made the comment after Baez said again that NeJame is only representing Equusearch for media coverage. I'm sure Mr. NeJame has just reached the end of his patience with the antics of Baez.

Although I think Baez is an immature, unprofessional person, I'm curious what bar complaint NeJame could make. I must be missing something because I'm just not seeing it. Help me out.

Since the beginning, Jose Baez has made it clear that his representation of Casey Anthony has been all about media coverage for himself.

It was Jose Baez who argued against a gag order in the beginning. It's been Jose Baez who runs out to the front of the courthouse after every hearing and gives an interview. It's been Jose Baez who appears on any national news program he can get on.

I've just been waiting for someone to put this smirking little creep in his place. It's probably a good thing that I live so far from Florida and can't get to the courthouse for Anthony hearings or the trial. I just want to slap that smirk right off of Baez's face. While the female Pros spoke to the judge today
that pukey little creep kept shaking his head while he smirked and smirked. I really believe that he thinks he is something special. By the end of the trial "you will all respect me" he said. Is he kidding or trying to be funny. We will probably want to line up and spit in his face by the time the trial ends.
NeJame is representing Tim Miller and Co. just for the media hipe????? There is no one that likes the media more than Jose Baez. He wouldn't have taken this case if he didn't think it would be good for his career. He is such a hipocrite.

I ask because it is pretty obvious that WESH is the most pro-defense media outlet in Orlando. The defense is always giving them scoops.
If so, then I smell a set-up. I understand why Nejame said what he said, but I wish he could have done it where it wouldn't have been reported & spun by pro-defense WESH.


I swear....everytime Baez & Mason get into a p*ssing match with anyone - Nejame, the SA, Judge Perry, Conway, Lazzaro's attorney, etc - I feel the need to take a hot shower.

I wish MN's comment had been caught on video. I can so picture MN saying, "I believe your partner is not only a liar but incompetent. I can totally see him stating it as a fact. . . and it is. JB is a liar.

It is a real shame that we only have the printed words to interpert because the reduction of statements like this into black and white can be easily misrepresented or misinterperted. (Hasn't that even happened to some of us here on this forum?)

Yeah. I realized after I posted that this is the scheduling conference referred to that was set after the status hearing. However, I didn't realize that it was a scheduling conference between the magistrate, the defense, MN and the SA. I don't understand why ANY media should have been present for this. IMO, this meeting should have been private - to set a date, time and place to review the docs. There is no reason the public needed to know any of that info. We should have access to info AFTER the review if the defense wants more than the original 32, but why before? Just so we know when & where? Makes no sense.

I still am very curious to know if there was any other media outlet present, other than WESH. If it turns out to be only WESH, we can all figure out who tipped them off.
