MN gave a brief history re the history of the struggle to get the defense to come look at the 32 files. Told how he finally had to have them delivered to JB's office. JVM cut him off to go to commercial, saying we will be talking conspiracy theory with TM next.

She would have to bring up Nejame calling Baez an idiot :( Or was it a liar and idiot? I forgot.

NeJame said JB was a liar and incompetent. Nothing wrong with the truth.

Tim Miller: "It was a cold case before it was a missing person's case." Ain't that the truth.

JVM is Baez biased though because she did not put it into the context of the insult that JB threw at MN first at an inappropriate un-professional time, instead they only covered MN's retort.

Typical media spin so JVM can keep JB coming on the show.

clip of a very calm Casey on day of indictment speaking to federal agent, preening her hair and clothing, very flippant, said she was not nervous about the day because she expected it, Yuri and others told her on day one this was where they intended to have her.

JVM: Defense grilled Sgt. Allen about secret recording of pop in car. Over and over again, the defense claims the body was put there while Casey was jailed.

Mr. Miller, founder of Texas Equusearch , can this searching through the search reports jeopardize TESand your volunteers?

Tim Miller: , No, with Mark's help, we are able to protect our searchers. In fact, for any of our volunteers who may be watching, if anyone who was on that search, please e mail us. If you get a call, tell the truth. If you saw the area was wet, say that. If you saw the area was dry. Just tell the truth. The records have been here for over a year. We want to get past this. We have other searches, for other missing people.

JVM: Tim, 32 people! That was a lot of searchers to search that area, 32?

TM: Yes, and we have a dog handler among them. She said the dog did alert. We marked that area as a place we definitely were to come back to when it was dry. They all said the are was underwater. We have photographs from the air that show it was under water. The best decision I ever made was when I suspended the search because of the water. If a horse or a person had stepped on that little skeleton, it may have been lost forever.

JVM: What is this heated stuff Mark said about Jose Baez? He made some comment to Cheney Mason about his partner, that Baez's claims are made up, complete and utter fabrications? What is that about?

MN:
The reality is we released the 32 names a year ago, they were available in my office, defense never came to get them, so we hand delivered them to Baez. To have them spin that we have held back, and the documents were not available, is utter nonsense.

We now have set up a way that the defense calls to the searchers will be monitored, their lawyers will be in the room, TES representative will be in the room, a retired judge has been appointed by the Judge Perry to be in the room. We are going to protect our 4200 searchers.

JVM: The bitter back and forth between the defense and TES. We have a caller with a question for you. Mary in Ohio has a question about Lee at the funeral, she thinks Casey asked Lee to move body.He said cryptic things in his comments, something to the effect of I did what you asked me to. I think Casey asked him to move the body. What do you think?

TM: Knowing what I know, Caylee's body was there before the baby was reported missing. The investigators did a good job.

JVM: Related conspiracy theory regarding Kronk. Leonard Padilla said Kronk knew where to find the body, he knew exactly where he was going.

MN: LP has not been right once in this case. He thought the body was in a different location altogether. He has been wrong on everything. I met with Mr. Kronk. I gave him the 5K. I was fully satisfied that Mr. Kronk was a good man that went out there, followed his instincts and did the right thing. I would not have given him the five thousand dollars until I assured myself of Mr. Kronk.

JVM: We have to leave it there. Please come back soon.

This is clip Jane was showing [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIuyLdCOCG8[/ame] She presents as calm as can be although the reason she is sitting there is she is arrested for murder, meaning it is believed her precious child is indeed dead!

She's playing clips of LP who was throwing suspicions about RK.

MN says he is completely convinced that RK is nothing but a concerned citizen who came across Caylee's remains ~ and nothing more. (not verbatim)

A note to Tim Miller:

I have great admiration for you. Out of the ugliness and cruelty of this case, two beautiful jewels have emerged, two souls that shine, Caylee and you. Until the case broke, I'd never heard of either of you, and now you will both be forever in my heart.

I live in Orlando, and I dearly wanted to join TES with the searches. The demands of my family were too great, my youngest only a one year old at the time, and the others not a whole lot older. I'm ashamed to admit that as soon as I saw the volunteers' names and information posted on news website, I felt great relief that I hadn't been able to join the search teams. That could have been my name posted for the whole world to see, and I could have been cast into suspision by the defense, just for doing what my heart guided me to do as the right thing. I feel strongly for the fight you have now, to not only protect those people who gave up their time, and comfort, and even time with their families, to be out searching in the heat & insect fest that is our great state of Florida. Volunteers deserve the right to privacy!

Thanks for all you do. I wish I was watching you on TV right now, but I can only barely get this letter typed because my kids are currently harrassing our dogs & running around the house like little maniacs. A mom's work is never done! Please know that there are people out here who support you & pray for your causes.

God bless Tim. He remains the perfect gentleman and is advising all the searchers to just tell the plain truth about where they searched and if it was wet or dry.

That's all good but it is like the Defense have won the right to conduct a poll of the 4200 volunteer searchers to ask, of those who were on or near Suburban whether they considered the 'crime scene' under water or not.

You'd only really know if you attempted to go into the specific area, although I think there are plenty of credible accounts and evidence to show that it was flooded as you left the road and went down on in.

Even DC was seen probing and poking in mud in Nov ... still.

I agree and I still remember when she had JB on for that extended interview. I thought she was gonna jump out of her skin she was so excited.

is the show over?

Tim, thank you... not only for your hard work, but also for being a voice and supporter for Caylee, in this case. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I don't think that the defense won anything but a whole lot of work! MN and Tim have so finely honed the restrictions down to the point that all JB & company can do is ask scripted questions. Defense said (trying to get a toe in the door) that that was why they needed access. They hoped, I'm sure, to gather as much personal info on each searcher as they could.

MN and TM have come up with a perfect strategy that will prevent the defense from being able to say their access was denied while still maintaining the protection and privacy that the volunteers deserve.

I love to think of Casey's team trying to contact all 4,000+ of us volunteers! Can you imagine the man-hours involved? They should have been more careful about what they asked for!!

I thank MN and TM for their inspiring moral values and appreciate their work on behalf of guarding the volunteers' interests. Love them both!!!

Mr. Miller we have grown to trust and respect you so very much. I believe you are an Angel among us. Your inspiring story of how you took the loss of your beautiful child and vowed to devote your life helping look for other people's children is so humbling. I was relatively self absorbed. I volunteer so much more now. I imagine this is true for many who you have touched.....
You changed my life!

May God continue to bless and protect you and your family, all of the TES volunteers, and may God bless the United States of America.
Big Texas sized hugs, Julia

I agree, one hundred percent. Mr. Nejame.....is brilliant! Thank you , E U, for volunteering. I have the deepest respect for all of you that went out there to try to find this innocent baby , because, in the words of Mr. Kronk, "The little girl deserved a burial". Wow. Thank you! You are expecting unicorns, God is expecting all good things for you too. He sees you! He sees all of you.

Good point!

I wonder if the Defense will actually go through with this, make a half-hearted attempt or, walk away and do nothing like they usually do after making all of the noise and distraction.

BBM. Second that.

Thanks everyone! I missed the program........forgot it was to be on today. But after reading the comments here I feel that I have a good idea of what was said.

God Bless Tim Miller and Mark Nejame! They're both heroes in this case. I have confidence the searchers privacy will be protected from the underhanded defense team.
