I can't say JO was not there that night because I have seen no evidence that points toward what really happened. I just am not buying the deathly-fear-of-Joe scenario.
Even if there was in-the-heat-of-the-moment fear, it seemed to be a non-issue within hours, as Misty and JO were seen hanging flyers together. And unless Misty was hanging those flyers under threat of a knife or a gun, I really cannot buy the fear factor. I think that is all designed to put 100% of the blame on JO and make Misty and Tommy look like victims.
