I can't say JO was not there that night because I have seen no evidence that points toward what really happened. I just am not buying the deathly-fear-of-Joe scenario.

Even if there was in-the-heat-of-the-moment fear, it seemed to be a non-issue within hours, as Misty and JO were seen hanging flyers together. And unless Misty was hanging those flyers under threat of a knife or a gun, I really cannot buy the fear factor. I think that is all designed to put 100% of the blame on JO and make Misty and Tommy look like victims.

It reminds me of other crimes I have read about where people knew a horrible crime had been committed but they told no one for a very long time because they had been threatened if they did..... harm would come to them or their families.

BMM: Have any friends/family (of Croslin/Cummings) been locked up recently? Why is he not scared to tell now- the person he is scared of must have recently been locked up.

I just can't get over Tommy saying on tape:

"He can't hurt nobody"
"He can't get to none of us"

If it was JO....He is out and about...so why no more fear? JO isn't locked up or anything.
I just don't know if I'm buying that story either considering the fact that Tommy also implied that Misty was covering for Ron. So which is it?

Now Werter is saying that not only is LE "satisfied", they have "accepted" TC's story!

Kinda reminds me of those car dealer ads saying all credit applications are accepted, LOL. Didn't say approved mind you, but all are accepted!

In the meantime, Mr "Accepted" is still in jail, Joe's still in Tennessee, and Haleigh's spirit is still wandering aimlessly waiting on the damn TRUTH from someone who loved her.

Playing Ron?

The news that Ron will testify against Misty and Tommy in return for a plea deal on the drug charges, to me, is an LE trick to see if it unhinges Misty to reveal Ron's role.

LE allowing Tommy to indicate Joe may play into that, increasing Ron's confidence that he is off the hook.

Werter is investing a LOT of time and energy into this Tommy story. Admittedly he is also getting a lot of free publicity.

However, this story was only one of five or more from Gma Flo relating the stories from Misty and Tommy. There were others more credible.

Just because Werter released the audio (redacted) to this specific call and story it now rises in credibility in the media and more and more jump on it. Hinky.

Luckily I don't think LE are buying and they are sitting watching to see what else this will reveal, like tricking Misty into spilling the beans on Ron in retaliation for Ron testifying against her on the drug deal.

He's supporting this information so that he doesn't have to reveal what came to light AFTER the failed poly. Maybe we're not hearing the facts that came after Tommy's "godly moment" (I should've done this long time ago.)

Just a thought.

Great insight. I believe there is a storm coming....
Then maybe we will find out what happened to the lil angel.Praying for the truth to set them free and pay the consequences of their actions. I do not think what happened to HayLeigh was intentional;but covering up an undeterminted death is unacceptable. The trio that are in jail right now know exactly what happened. IMO.

Teh - one has to ask after 15 months of Misty accusing Joe and LE not believing it, what has changed to make LE believe it now ? This story is nothing new, it has been going on since day 1.

Scared ? I'm not buying that either as all they had to do was tell LE the night Haleigh disappeared, while the crime was fresh. But no, they shut their yaps for 15 months out of fear - BS, big steaming bunch of it.

What they need to be scared of is Sheriff Hardy saying, "Misty is absolutely the key to this case, she knows she's in trouble". As recently as 15 April. I don't find that hard to understand - the message is clear.
