I don't think that the defense won anything but a whole lot of work! MN and Tim have so finely honed the restrictions down to the point that all JB & company can do is ask scripted questions. Defense said (trying to get a toe in the door) that that was why they needed access. They hoped, I'm sure, to gather as much personal info on each searcher as they could.

MN and TM have come up with a perfect strategy that will prevent the defense from being able to say their access was denied while still maintaining the protection and privacy that the volunteers deserve.

I love to think of Casey's team trying to contact all 4,000+ of us volunteers! Can you imagine the man-hours involved? They should have been more careful about what they asked for!!

I thank MN and TM for their inspiring moral values and appreciate their work on behalf of guarding the volunteers' interests. Love them both!!!

I agree. And based on past performance I will be utterly astonished if the defense makes so much as 1 phone call to any TES searchers.

Just to echo what others have said here...Tim, you were one of the few in this case who had Caylee's best interests at heart, at all times. You never asked for anything for the countless hours/days/weeks you spent, trying to find this missing child. Many people would have quit early on, after facing a family that wanted no part of a true search. MOST families, of a missing child, would have done everything in their power to encourage and assist in the search. You are one of the few who were in it for the right reasons and I admire you for that.

I am sorry that you ever had to deal with the Anthony's. Your heart is definitely in the right place, and I know that you and TES will go on to help so many more families, that are in need. You are a very kind person with a huge heart, Mr. Miller.

Thanks so much Nums! I'm glad to be able to see the interview. I just wish JVM would slow down and let MN and TM talk. They both did a great job in the limited time they had.

God bless Mark Nejame, he is the perfect lawyer for them, and he too is a volunteer working fully pro bono.
His stipulations will be used in cases for an example, well into the future. When Tim asked for help when TES was under attack by the defense and the Anthonys , God did not send him just any ole lawyer. He sent them someone who could guard and protect them. He sent them Mark Nejame!

TM will be Caylee's voice. He will come across very credible and show those jurors that Caylee was there at Suburban the entire time.

He did mention last night a canine hit on that area but it was underwater and knew he had to come back to search for Caylee..he doesn't regret calling off 2 searches for fear of trampling Caylee's tiny bones, how right he was!

He and MN make a perfect pair. They caved in to the defense and the 4,000 searchers so the defense didn't have a reason for an appeal. I'm sure they know the only outcome will be guilty as charged.

TM has been doing these searches for a very long time. He's God's Angel here on earth. He has great compassion and insight into this "cold hearted" family and will give those jurors the real truth behind the cold hearted ICA! Her actions/non actions will be what does her in..there is no way she can give a compelling reason to WHY she never alerted authorities, those cruical 31 days will be hard to overcome...JMHO


Have no fear for TM's here! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your selfless acts to bring home the missing! May God Bless you always...JMHO

A note to Tim Miller:

I have great admiration for you. Out of the ugliness and cruelty of this case, two beautiful jewels have emerged, two souls that shine, Caylee and you. Until the case broke, I'd never heard of either of you, and now you will both be forever in my heart.

I live in Orlando, and I dearly wanted to join TES with the searches. The demands of my family were too great, my youngest only a one year old at the time, and the others not a whole lot older. I'm ashamed to admit that as soon as I saw the volunteers' names and information posted on news website, I felt great relief that I hadn't been able to join the search teams. That could have been my name posted for the whole world to see, and I could have been cast into suspision by the defense, just for doing what my heart guided me to do as the right thing. I feel strongly for the fight you have now, to not only protect those people who gave up their time, and comfort, and even time with their families, to be out searching in the heat & insect fest that is our great state of Florida. Volunteers deserve the right to privacy!

Thanks for all you do. I wish I was watching you on TV right now, but I can only barely get this letter typed because my kids are currently harrassing our dogs & running around the house like little maniacs. A mom's work is never done! Please know that there are people out here who support you & pray for your causes.
