2010.10.20 - PI Lyons Accused of Witness Tampering

I'm not sure of LB has been rescheduled or not.

Regarding the TES searchers, we don't actually know if the P.I. is being investigated. (I hope he is.) The two searchers told 1) WFTV, 2) Cheney Mason and 3) the sheriff's office their opinions that the P.I. was trying to get them to change their stories.

We don't know if it will lead to an investigation or not. Another thing that bothers me is that not one other local station carried the story besides WFTV.

I wonder why they do not feel it's important enough to cover?

In the 2nd video, I just couldn't be sure. It is hard to recognize someone when you don't even know exactly what his face looks like. Hope fla*mom drops by soon and can confirm.

So the State can ask for an Extension to depose LB because she was added after May 24, 2010..? is that right?

:waitasec: Perhaps she thought if her Depo wasn't completed before Oct 31, 2010 then the SAO could no longer depose her...

We may not get much in the way of further information regarding LB and by extension JL. Assuming that there is anything to the mysterious TES document, it is likely that at least LB and probably PI JL are the subjects of a criminal investigation regarding evidence and witness tampering. I think that would shield anything concerning them from being released under Sunshine Laws, and would restrict anything else that LE says.

Yes, they can ask for an extension, I think HHJP will grant it, the state is on record with their difficulty deposing LB, I wouldn't be surprised if he schedules the depo himself.

Those pictures are of all the JL's found on social networks, I don't think any are him.
