Man, today was AWESOME! I felt like I was seeing JB crash and burn right before my very eyes! ..and as terrible as that may sound..it was awesome because it was all of his own doing..I'm telling ya, I am a firm believer in karma and in my mind, JB's bit him right in the azz today.. and it was an absolute pleasure to watch him unravel.."The Undoing of Jose Baez".....


I just LOVE HHJP! He has gone above and beyond to accommodate JB & Co. and ensure that ICA gets a fair trial. What in the h@ll makes JB and his client ICA believe they are entitled to an endless supply of taxpayer $ to mount a defense that even the very wealthy couldn't pay for?


Never mind the fact that 99.999% of the public believe with VERY GOOD reason that she is GUILTY!

I just saw something another poster had loved but I hadn't see at work because I was listening with earphones but not watching. Watch JA's face when LDB is talking, between 10:25 and 10:50, but especially right around 10:50. He has to contain himself to not bust out laughing. I'm sure she swatted him if and when she watches this tape.

Just finished watching the hearing and all I can say is.... I LOVE HHJP!!!

I watched it live, but since I was posting as well (and I can't walk and chew gum @ the same time, lol) I can't wait to watch again. I wish I had some dang popcorn!..HHJP just ROCKS! ..He sure has a way with words..and the memory of an elephant!

His name apparently is Travis Sanders. The prosecution was not given any address, just email. They've had no luck with the email.

He looked like he was having trouble hearing to me. I don't recall him doing that previously.

I love how the Judge caught the Defense playing games..okay LYING, when he asked about the Frye Hearing
Judge asked if they were going to file a motion and Mason simply replies Yes..
Judge asks When?
Mason starts pointing to the Prosecutors stating he is having difficulty getting the transcripts of the depo of the Body Farm experts,....
Judge asks what's wrong with the transcripts?
Mason points to the Prosecution table
Then WHAM along comes Jeff Ashton...he informs the court all the depositions were independantly audio recorded by Mr Baez...
Baez makes a Ya Right, smirky face...
Mason looking down at Baez and makes a hand gesture...like oops got caught in my own complaining. sorry bud...

Judge asks Mr Baez if he has an audio recording of the deposition?
Baez is forced to admit defeat, I mean the truth...
Baez trying to be funny and joke with the Judge..
Judge is being serious...saying Mr Mason says he can not submit a motion on Frye until he has the transcripts which lead the Judge to believe he needed the depositions to review in order to write an intelligent motion
Baez continues..now talking on behalf of what he thinks Mason wants to write or do in regards to specific transcripts....meanwhile Mason is still standing and looking to his left where Finnell and the Officers are and making small talk and smiling....

BUSTED..

I thought, in Judge Perrys rules of the courtroom, it stated the lawyers had to not only stand when they wished to speak or address the court but walk to the podium when given permission to address the court.
