Adam Baker empties family home as investigation goes into week four
Saturday marked week number four in the search for Zahara Baker.
Investigators say they are taking the weekend off after extensive searches for the 10-year-old, but that isn't stopping people from dropping by the family home to leave their thoughts and prayers for Zahra.
Neighbors say they watched Zahra's father, Adam Baker, empty the family house Saturday and take some of the family's belongings away in a U-Haul.

I read through the rules and I THINK I'm ok starting this thread. If not....sorry

We drove by the house today and saw a moving van and people walking around. I had my husband park so I could see what was going on. Of course I only had my cell phone for pictures lol.

AB was there, his mom and brother also I think. BS & AF were also there. My husband went back to the house but they were already gone. He did talk to some neighbors but just to see how they were doing.

I feel bad for the child being there. chances are her and Zahra were close considering the ages and being cousins. I think that them having her there is abusive in its own. JMO

OH bless that older couples heart! I wonder if BS after being in that house still thinks AB is innocent of all.

When a tragedy happens, of whatever kind, people want to find someone or something to blame!

I think the family has focused on Elisa to the exclusion of Adam. I think that because they are so close to the situation, psychologically it would be unfathomable to them that they BOTH could be child murderers. They have a historical context for Elisa, so they have focused on her.

The girl in photo #5, in a dress with an oversized jacket on has legs. Her legs almost blend into the leaves on the ground.

It's photo #1 that I was looking at..but that must be it..an oversized coat..Thank the Good Lord you answered me Patty..I am a skeptic by nature anyway and I thought I had gone way off the deep end!

I know I glanced at the pics. after the first thread and my thought was, "Wow that child could almost be Zahra." Of course I know I'm crazy it's just the resemblance in the picture. I'm sure it's one of AF or BS's kids. It's just kind of ... well hits you in the face when you see that if you know what I mean.

You said BS smiled at you? Like a nice smile?

They showed a room with a lot of furniture in it last night on the news and then there was a picture from a room with tons of personal belongings. I saw one of those Tubs like you would buy from Wal-Mart. The second room there was only ONE picture of and it was pretty much full with junk. The ONLY room that they have shown that looked in even a little semblance of order was AB and EB's bedroom.

Ok I was talking about a different picture and I told my husband to come here and look. I totally didn't remember a 'young' girl in that picture and that is what threw me off. It's picture 11 I am talking about....but my husband put the height of the window into perspective and also said 'that is the girl who smiled at you, remember'. So that is BS in that picture. It totally makes sense now because she has something in her arms and BS was carrying what looked like bottles of shampoo and conditioner. In fact it looked like a No More Tears bottle.

So whoever linked that picture earlier wasn't linking to a photo of a child. I feel better about that....I felt bad lol.

It is of my opinion, and one which will not change, kids have NO business around "crime scenes". None, nadda, zip, zilch. End of story. Put a period on the end of it. Done.

I see your point. I am not sure if this was directed at me for having my children with me or not but I did want to respond. We do not know for sure if this is THE crime scene. It's open by any means right now. My oldest son will be 13 next weekend. He knows all about this case. They have been talking about it at school. My 22 month old is oblivious lol and only thinks he is out to say hey to every person he meets. I know everyone parents differently....we are just very honest with our children.

It didn't even dawn on me that the kids up there may have personally known Zahra and I can see how that could be distressful. But on the other hand they know she is missing. I have no idea what information they have been filtered but I imagine they are aware something horrible happened to her. There were also kids from her school that have been there leaving gifts and paying respect to their friend.

ok, now that I have gone to look back #1 AND #2..that's not a little girl at all! In #1 it's the trash can w/someone standing beyond it that looked exactly like a little girl to me and totally freaked me out. Didn't realize what it really was until I looked at pic #2..So Sorry!..my mind was playing tricks on me..and my o my it freaked me out...should have been paying closer attention..

Never mind me..I AM as crazy as a bedbug..

That isn't a child. That is BS. She just looks really small b/c the window is high off the ground.
