That isn't a child. That is BS. She just looks really small b/c the window is high off the ground.

Thank you for clarifying. :)

Ahh, okay, thank you! I was VERY CONFUSED! Of course I get confused easily, LOL!

  • #63
and if it was a child it is not any of our buiesness to try to find out who the innocent child is in all of this. IMO

  • #64
Thanks so much for all you and your husband have done following this Punky!!

I was really hoping Zahra's mother would get to have Zahra's things...

That's pic #11, right? The "girl" in pic #5 *is* a little girl, no? As PattyG said:

The girl in photo #5, in a dress with an oversized jacket on has legs. Her legs almost blend into the leaves on the ground.

I'm still confused. She's between the garbage bin and the woman in blue sweats.

Oh yes I was talking about pic #11. I blacked out the face of the little girl in pic #5. But I believe that is the daughter of an ex's girlfriend. I am NOT 100% sure though.

Oh, thanks Punk! I was wondering if I'd missed something. :o

Ok I was talking about a different picture and I told my husband to come here and look. I totally didn't remember a 'young' girl in that picture and that is what threw me off. It's picture 11 I am talking about....but my husband put the height of the window into perspective and also said 'that is the girl who smiled at you, remember'. So that is BS in that picture. It totally makes sense now because she has something in her arms and BS was carrying what looked like bottles of shampoo and conditioner. In fact it looked like a No More Tears bottle.

So whoever linked that picture earlier wasn't linking to a photo of a child. I feel better about that....I felt bad lol.

I see your point. I am not sure if this was directed at me for having my children with me or not but I did want to respond. We do not know for sure if this is THE crime scene. It's open by any means right now. My oldest son will be 13 next weekend. He knows all about this case. They have been talking about it at school. My 22 month old is oblivious lol and only thinks he is out to say hey to every person he meets. I know everyone parents differently....we are just very honest with our children.

It didn't even dawn on me that the kids up there may have personally known Zahra and I can see how that could be distressful. But on the other hand they know she is missing. I have no idea what information they have been filtered but I imagine they are aware something horrible happened to her. There were also kids from her school that have been there leaving gifts and paying respect to their friend.

No my post was not directed at you. It was directed at anyone in that family that would take a child to that house. And I still stand by it. :blushing:

http://www2.hickoryrecord.com/news/2010/nov/07/baker-empties-house-u-haul-ar-517169/

As word got out that the Bakers were at the house, local people began to gather, and the tension built as they took pictures with their cell phones.

Eventually Baker’s mother came out of the house to ask the people to leave her family alone.

“She said, ‘Please stop taking the pictures. You don’t know what’s going on and you shouldn’t judge until you have all the facts,’” McAlpine said.

One woman asked why Baker was helping a “murderer” and the two got into a shouting match before Baker got into a station wagon loaded with Zahra’s toys and was driven away, McAlpine said.

Perhaps their collective conscious' (or their late night Forum reading) caused them to second guess leaving ZB's things uncollected in the closet.

Just my mind talking out loud.

I agree with this. The media gets in and shows the world they left sweet Zahra's things. Internet is in a uproar about it which grandma hops on Facebook and tries to fight. Yet she doesn't say they where not done moving instead turns live puppies into stuffed animals. Now they get a moving truck and go back.

Mommy goes outside to deal with media while her son AB hides inside the house. They bring children to a crime scene with known hostile neighbors, media attention and cameras clicking. These people never fail to amaze me.

Z's things should have been removed when they where evicted. Not left to be given a chance to be stolen or plastered all over the media. They brought a pick up truck and people with plenty of man power to move her things on day one. They didn't.

IMO all of the bad attention and media forced their hand. And probably a little bit of the landlord telling AB he needs to get his arse back to the house and get his stuff or he will be sued for some major cleaning fees.

Oho here we go, KB channeling CA. I feel sorry for her but for her own sake if nothing else she needs to NOT engage with the hecklers.

Baker empties house into U-Haul

Adam Baker was spotted along with his mother, brother and assorted friends and family as they loaded the Bakers’ possessions into a U-Haul truck Saturday afternoon.
About 10 people gathered in front of the home as furniture and other possessions were carried out of the house at 21 21st Ave. to the truck.

I saw that someone linked my photobucket album on the hinkymeter with a brief recap of my post and there was a question about how the 'local' knew who the people were at the house since they weren't IN the pictures. Thank you to the person who took up for this here local!! I appreciate you taking me at my word and telling them so. I did see everyone I mentioned but like I said my cell takes bad pictures with no zoom option.

Regarding some posts on another site (HM) Did KB say that she was coming here to get the truth out of Adam? I see posters saying that but I don't remember reading it.
