Recovered enough physical evidence to know it's Zahra. DNA evidence matches - from searched area and home. They will send swabs from her mother and father for further positive DNA verification.

Remains consistent with child - but will not absolutely say it's Zahra. They are not releasing any information that they think would jeopardize case.

Investigators are devastated they could not bring her home alive.

ETA - then I went black on the screen. I could have swore they said they were going to answer some questions. I must have been mistaken.

I am livid. Remains on Dudley consistent with child. Bone on Christy DNA sample from Baker home tentatively verifies as Zahra's.

I've followed this on the news, but not here. I just had to come here and say this is one of the most absolutely despicable and disgusting stories I ever heard.
