JP asks AF how penalty phase is going for witnesses, deadline apparently is tomorrow. She Wants more time. JP asks how much, she doesn't know. He says figure it out, you are experienced - or words to that effect, gives her til Jan 1st (?) or 31st sorry,
AF brings up motion to seal penaly phase discovery. JP asks her to notify media for this motion. She asks for temporary seal of discovery for this.
