JBP asking if defense will call up Kronk motion or should he dismiss it. JB: We may withdraw and refile closer to trial because a lot of these issues the court is gonna have to decide later in mind

JBP: BEAR IN MIND there are certain deadlines to be heard on motions. If you try to set it beyond that, it will not be heard. Think carefully... if you knew or should have know about a motion and you did not file it, I will not hear it.

Baez said he will withdraw and re-file a motion concerning Kronk closer to trial...Judge said think carefully about withdrawing and re-filing...I will not be hearing it past deadline dates for Filing of Motions

JP bringing up old motion re: RK. JB says they are going to refile it. JP says keep deadlines in mind. Says he will not hear motions after the deadline.

Now discussing defense dna analysis. JP asking if the lab will produce a report, JB says yes. JP says 45 days from now the analysis and report should be done.

JBP: within 30 days. I TAKE IT THIS LABORATORY WILL PRODUCE A REPORT. Since your experts have not produced reports in the past, this one will produce a report. Right?

JB: Right.

JBP: Within 45 your lab will produce a report... DNA analysis complete with a report within 45 days of today's date.

Probably wasn't going to say what the defense wanted them to say...or maybe Baez thinks he'll get the hair thrown out? I can't believe he's not going to have an expert refute the hair evidence.
