JA: 2 years ago def filed motion for docs we did not have to provide, we did not object tho it was burdensome to provide, def now saying too burdensome to them to provide payment info on their experts

JA - Two years ago, defense had requested documents and SA gave them over even though that was burdensome to the SA.

Now they ask for the same courtesy to save time.

JA says he could go into depo and ask experts info then but would have to come back and do another depo addressing info. Says in fairness they should have reciprocal discovery so they can properly prepare for depos.

JA: I can't imagine it's all that onerous for mr baez to go to his trust account (ha ha) and identify how much was spent for this experts travel or etc. Defense had great amt of time to prepare their depos I have four weeks

JB has not asked any of his experts to write "extra" reports since they are all working pro bono! :vomit:

He wants as little in writing so that he doesn't have to turn it over.
That said, I don't believe that there are NO notes, reports, etc.. from any of them.
