JBP: Ladies and gentlemen it is quite obvious that most experts don't work for free. That's their stock in trade... they're either paid by a govtl entity or if work for private lab they are paid.

Issue of compensation goes to bias or interest.

by same token, that info can be obtained by their depo or by subpoena deuces tecum

since def not having any experts author reports, under addtl discovery rules, court requires def lists subject matter of what experts will be testifying to before their depos

By same token that info can be obtained through depos. request 1,2,3,4 will be denied, 5 & 6 are granted (notes taken of experts during examination of evidence). Says since defense is not having experts author reports, the court will require that the defense will list the subject matter of what experts are testifying to so that state can prepare for depos. 2 weeks to provide info to state, 3 weeks to provide notes and photos to state.
JA says the deadlines for this are too late for the actual depos. JP asks JB to do it sooner, JB says catch me after court and he can tell him, JP says in writing, deadline Friday by 2ish.
